I like going to the ACE Hardware stores over the Lowes / Home Depots when I need small items, screws, bolts or hard to find items. ACE always has the hard to find stuff that the big stores dont carry. Its nice to park out front and get in, find your stuff and get out without walking 2 miles from car to store to stuff and then trek back out to the car. Also at ACE there is always someone to answer questions instead of pushing a doorbell and waiting for someone to come over or searching and waiting for someone in an orange smock. This store - Pleasants, is nice and clean, very well lit and well organized. I will go to this place for my needs unless I need a whole bunch of lumber or an appliance.

There is always someone available if/when I need help and can answer any questions that I have. I will always choose Pleasants, over Home Depot and Lowes, if they have what I need. Great store and staff!

got there about 5 mins to 6 to purchase some items (quickly) and they had shut their doors early, even though people were still in there, they would not let us in - horrible customer service

Not the huge megastore like Lowes or HD but that makes it also much easier to find what you need. Helpful people and decent prices.
