Most helpful staff (at this location) of any hardware chain Ive shopped. Evening shift employees always willing to dig for an item, cashier filed through a huge stack of Inside Track coupons to save me $3.20, another cashier helped me load items in my car and even took a bag of garbage from my trunk for me. Above and beyond! Read reviews of items on site before purchasing -- 5 stars here are for service, not necessarily products.

Great place, my go-to for tools. Staff is friendly and helpful. Youre sure to find whatever tool you need here, and many of them come with lifetime guarantees, so if your tool breaks down from use, just bring it back and theyll replace with a new one. They also have great sales on their already great prices from time to time, giving you even more bang for your buck.

As long as you know how to shop at a Harbor Freight this place is great. I go here for things that are unlikely to break or if I only need it once and if it lasts more than that it is a bonus. I have even been quite happy with some of the tools that I normally would rather buy elsewhere like a really inexpensive angle grinder and a welder.

One cashier, 40 people in line. Kym paged twice for help, nobody came. I asked nicely to page again, she ignored. Its nice to work somewhere where you get paid to NOT work. For the amount of customers they have, they need to be more alert at the cashier. Also Kym has nasty personality.

Hand tools and air tools are usually winners. Have had mixed luck with any product with an electric motor. Tons of other goodies at great deals. Never forget your 20% off coupon.

Always smells like cheap rubber. Good deals on hand tools. Cashiers can be a pain with their own coupons.
