These guys are the best! The only time I go to Lowes or Home Depot is for lumber or mulch which they dont carry. Ron Bill and Steve (Martin - who looks like Steve Martin!) have often given me advice changing products to a lower cost product that completed the task that I described. Also, they often have products that no one else has in stock (like today Japanese beetle bags). I am in and out of there and back home doing my job before I would even finish parking at Lowes or wandering through that caverness building to find someone who can tell me where the thing Im looking for is!

Ive been going there for 20 years, and have always found what I need at great prices; especially odd items you cant find elsewhere. The guys there rock!!! Martins is a solid piece of small town Americana thats disappeared elsewhere in this country; and Im glad this town has them!!!

I have been buying from Martins Hardware Store for years. My employees and I have never had a bad experience. The employees are very helpful and will do their best to help you with your need. You get a level of service the big boxes can not come close to.

You absolutely can not get this kind of service from the big box stores. Martins did a color match for me for a paint no longer made and it was absolutely perfect - the big box stores were unable to do this particular color.
