The installation service for our dishwasher was beyond poor. The installer cut the cabinet to fit, rather than suggesting a different size and then left without anchoring the top brackets to the counter. Thus every time we go to use the dishwasher it is essentially tipping out of the cabinet. When I called to speak with the Appliance representative, he stated call for repair as the dishwasher is under warranty. He had no concern that the individual installing did a poor job and is not being held accountable. Will not purchase from Home Depot in the future! Disappointed with the customer service.

Plants here are always half dead. I wanted to get a hanging basket and they were all withered yellowed and dried up. Do they ever take care of the plants here? Plus their herbs by "Bonnie" are 2-4 times more expensive than any nursery. We got 3 trees here for a cleared lot and one immediately yellowed and died but they took it back at least. Well at least they cant mess up the plumbing supplies.

The salesman was great, but my delivery window was 1:30 - 5:30, at 8:20 pm. My refrigerator still hasnt arrived, but theyre supposed to be on their way. Really! Blew my Saturday and my dinner plans. Can you spell CUSTOMER SERVICE... Next time LOWES!

The people are friendly but uninformed of their current policies regarding returns. The return policy is broken and I spend thousands a year here as contractor with a commercial account. I am cutting up my card and taking my business to Lowes..

Good service, good selection. The real story here is the hot dog guy out front. Great food and prices, chili cheese dog on point. Beats the home depots hot dog guy by a mile. Definitely a good stop for lunch if you work in town.

Dealt with this location until I moved to Florida. A+++++ service. Felt great to walk into such a large chain establishment and everyone knew me by first name. Great prices too. So sad that I couldnt take this store with me.
