The store itself is really neat and they have pretty cool things. However, I bought a tervis/cup with a straw. Its plastic. Anyhow, I got it home and when I unscrewed the cap to wash the cup, the edge was cracked. Sadly I didnt realize this till after I put water in the cup and it got down where the paper is inside the plastic.. It is ruined. Will I buy another things from this store? Maybe. But leaving broken merchandise on the shelves isnt cool. Another thing, the employees there seem a tad bit...well theyre just not all that welcoming. (By the way, I didnt just toss the cup around or anything, so I know for a fact that I didnt break it after I bought it.)

This store has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They are not welcoming by any means, they are not knowledgeable about their products, and the store is always a mess. I love Rue 21, but this location is the worst to visit.
