C.H-get a grip on reality. I work at a retail store and most places have a period time you have to wait before returning an item when writing a check. They need to ensure that the money clears from your bank and gets deposited in there bank. So learn the way the US monetary system works before rant about how bad a store is...youd be hard pressed to find many stores that will immediately allow you to return after writing a check without a waiting period. This store tends to be nice. What I dont like is that things are often mis-priced. They quote one price in one area and you go to pay for it and find out your item is another price.

This is one of the best Old Navys I have been to. You can count on the place being pretty organized even in the middle of the holiday season rush, and the people that work there are always nice and good at helping you find things. Old Navy in general is a great value for clothing, especially kids clothes. It has "Walmarty" prices, but the clothes dont look cheap. (Theres a negative review below, but the date is 2005. Im pretty sure none of the same people are still working there.)

They force employees to work on Easter and Thanksgiving, while simultaneously running advertisements directed to the "family values" circle . If that is any indication of who they are, I wouldnt trust their product or store credibility. Theyre on multiple watch lists.

Nice selection including, men, women, petite, tall, maternity, children, and baby sizes. Recently got a much needed renovation and the new dressing rooms are much nicer.
