everything is good except for one thing: the cashier. I myself work at ross so I know how it goes. But this cashier named Delores made me and my family felt very unwelcomed. we bought some glass items but she sid not even bother to take it out and wrap it with tissues. it was in the trash can sticking out. At the end, she did not even bother to tell us thank you or have a nice day or anything like that. she just sticked her hand out with the receipt and the whole time she was looking away, saying next! for the next customer. Very unwelcoming

used to have a larger better selection, every time Ive gone in the past year the atore has been very picked over. I used to find nice shoes or handbags, housewares and stuff but not anymore. I agree with the other review there is a certain younger cashier who has been at Ross for a LONG time and she is soooo grouchy. she doesnt look anyone in the face, NEVER smiles, and looks so disgusted to be there. I always smile and say thankyou and all that to her but never get a chill response. Hope they can find more personable help in the future.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU WONT WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM. VERY STRICT RETURN POLICY. I WAS A ROSS FANATIC! FOR YEARS! NOW, I AM OPPOSED BY THIS STORE AND THE WAY THEY HANDLE BUSINESS. DO NOT GO HERE! GO TO TJ MAXX INSTEAD!

Pretty good selection of clothes for women, not so much for the guys. Pretty decent shoe and handbag selection, and pricing pretty reasonable. Store hours good, open late. All in all, a good place for lower cost clothing.

Sometimes you can find some good deals here but store tends to be dirty. In my opinion, TJ Maxx has better selection and theyre right around the corner.
