I went into this business for the very first time today. Had done some research and read a few reviews about the business itself and the customer interactions. Some reviews were good and some were quite bad. Not knowing what to expect, I decided to go today. I went in without my items just to scope things out and get a feel for the staff. I was greeted immediately upon entering. I went to the counter where I met Natalie. She explained to me the selling process and encouraged me with a smile I might add, to bring in my items. I brought in the items as she further explained the determination for pricing. Im not sure who worked in this store on previous customer visits but Natalie was awesome! She was my first impression and last impression of this business and I am so impressed at her attitude, her kindness, and how she made me so comfortable with my first visit there. She was so kind and easy to speak with! She was full of smiles and overall friendliness. I could not have asked for a better shopping experience! Because of Natalie and the neatness of the store, I will definitely be back! She made my experience great! (The other young lady there with glasses was just as friendly) Thank you Natalie!

Nothing like what was on the news. I went to sell clothing that are not old, and never used. I was selling because the items no longer fit. Well, I go there and the girl asks if I sold to them before, the answer was no. At that point the process should been explained, but was not. She took my name, my clothing and said come back later for a quote. She issued no receipt or proof that she had my items. When I asked about a receipt, she got snippy and said they dont give receipts. Okay! fine! but when I came back, she says "we will take the pants, for $8.50" ARE YOU CRAZY! The pants are Tahari, price tag still on the pants $174.00. They want good clothing but are not willing to pay for them. The clothing and shoes are extremely old. Old clothing are old clothing no matter if they have a designer label or not. This store is not much better than the local Goodwill stores.

They say on the website that the selling process takes 20-30 minutes. Not true!!!! Both times I have gone there to sell, they told me to come back in 2-3 hours for a quote. Also, they wont hold anything. You cannot drop off items to sell and come back the next day for your quote. Dont come here expecting to get a fair price for your items. I had items from Ann Taylor, The Limited and Express with the tags still on them and they would not take them. Meanwhile they have Wal-Mart and Target items on the rack. What?! Lastly, I took a brand new Coach purse that I received as a gift. The price tag (which was still attached) said $228. They offered me $10!!! Are you kidding? Dont waste your time. Youd make more money at a yard sale.

If I could I would put no stars. There is a young African American girl in there that totally discriminates her own race. She immediately saw me and act like she didnt wanna serve me. I came in to sell my clothes to them and they said my style is too young. Like really. Im 27 years old my style is not too young I am a business worker and very mature for my age and the things they have in there are not for older women. I believe this place is racist and I will NOT be coming back to this location trust me on that!!! You guys need to re-evaluate some of your staff to treat everyone the same with the best customer service.

I went into the store to purchase a sweater/jacket for my girlfriend. The lady at the cash register was very rude and almost yelled that the store closed in 30 minutes. Then after not understanding where to find my girlfriends size, I tried to ask the manager where to find it and she was too busy talking on the phone in the back of the store to answer me. The only other employee that was working this night was outside smoking a cigarette in front of the store and totally ignored me. There were NO customers in the store and I see why. The staff is incredibly rude and not helpful at all.

As someone else stated, youd make more money at a yard sale! I went in the a few brand new brand name items and they said the clothes look "too worn". But as i did a little sight-seeing around the store, EVERYTHING of course looks worn. But not only that, i dont really agree too much with their pricing. I could go to Ross or Marshalls somewhere, and get the same items BRAND NEW for the same style items.

You can find gently-used designer and nice label dresses, jeans, etc. at a fraction of the cost you would pay at a department store. If youre the kind of person who likes TJMaxx/Marshalls for the brands or Goodwill for the deals, this is your happy middle ground store. Some items still have the tags on! Even plus sizes are available in every category. Womens clothes and shoes only.

I went in because I couldnt find a parking space anywhere else but right in front was pleasantly surprised the clothes are sorted by color and size after I figured that out and with a little help from the sales person I was able to find quite a few items at a very low cost. in and out very easy I thought it was good but Im a dude.

They are very snobbish and offer little or next to nothing, They want gucci bags, coach and high end stuff but will offer u 18 dollars for it. They act like Saxs fith ave in reality its a used store, Maybe they should open up a new store instead of a used store.
