I stopped at their store (east aurora) to look around, and possibly find something for my husband. I looked at jewelry & had a few bracelets I considered buying, but was unsure if that was what I wanted. I also inquired if they sold any metal barrels. I looked at several different items, asking questions about every single item. Im one of those indecisive types. Anyway, about 20 min into shopping, I noticed the female employee following me around. I was tempted to walk out. Anywhere I went, she went. I did find metal barrels upstairs, but used my phone to look up of that would work for burning. I put back all the jewelry I had & went to the bathroom. I also threw out a redbull can I had on me. I took a look at the front counter one more time & was ready to leave. 3 uniformed police officersaid told me I needed to step outside with them to have a talk. Outside they told me that the female employee told them that I was acting suspiciously, by acting "strange" next to the garbage cans & using the restroom "too long." Even hinting that I might be "on something." They searched my purse, and ran my id to see if Ive been in trouble before, or had any warrants. The one officer told me that they also found something (a piece of metal?) In the garbage, wrapped in toilet paper. Apparently the employee dug through the garbage can to see what I put in there. After the way she was acting, I wouldnt be surprised if she purposely put something there- because it makes no sense that someone would steal something then throw it in the garbage. Obviously the police found nothing- because there was nothing to find! He even looked at my phone to confirm I was researching products on Google. I was so embarrassed. The officer tried to tell me the store deals with theft all the time, so thats why they were paranoid. That isnt my problem. I called to ask for the manager/ owner. He stated that he only ran that store, so hes not the top person. He actually denied everything, saying that the other employee wasnt following me & that is how they do customer service! Oh and that the police just happened to be in there. (In separate vehicles they all decided to show up)So he lied. I asked if there was a time limit on shopping, he said no. Anyway, it was very embarrassing & I wont be giving them my business. This is a warning to anyone else who might be a slow shopper. I was physically ill because Ive never had something like this happen to me. Im also disabled, so it really put a lot of unnecessary stress on me.

If you are the least bit patriotic, then do yourself a favor and stop in to look around. This place has things I havent seen since I was a kid, plus new stuff I have never seen. I bring friends and relatives from out of town here and they love it!. I really appreciate the things that are still made in this country. This is one place to find some.

I love this store so very much! I wish I lived closer, Id be there at least once a week. An excellent unique variety of goods to choose from. Local Americans should be stopping in for milk, many food items, toilet paper, paper towels and should be investing in America. If we dont invest in America, the enemy will!

Its a large department store, without the department store feeling. They only have "made in America" things. (As the name suggests.) A lot of screen printed "America themed" shirts. If you looking for something and you have to have it "USA / American" made, go here. Otherwise its not worth the trip.

Dont come to all american made mall! They have different restaurants at their ground floor but they have the worst &awful foodcourt! I used to love chinse food but this is the worst chinese restaurant! Dont come to their resto, ever!

We could have spent the entire day in this fantastic store. Nothing like it. Wonderful people. Fantastic concept. God bless America!!!! Ill be back, somehow, someway.

I agree with the recent poster about the employees and the treatment of customers, not only are they rude, but they can not answer questions about their products.
