The Kingstown store opens at 10 am and I called at 10:59 am to ask about a item. Unfortunately you cant buy it online only I the store. I didnt want to waste a trip going there and they not have it, so I called and let the phone ring over 59 times. They never picked up and this is after you hear the message and choose the option for your needs which is to speak to a store associate! Before writing this I tried again now its after 11 am same response no answer! Finally I let it ring and it rang until it it disconnected and gave a busy single sound!

Waited 15 min because the store manager, Sheryah, didnt show up on time when called and the girl at the register had to wait for her to void an item. there was another register open but no one was working on it. When Sheryah finally came to void the item she was annoyed at the girl that she called her and after voiding she immediately proceed to leave. I had to ask for her name and if the other register was open for her to offer to check me and the other people out. There were only 3 people on the line.

I have been to plenty of TRUs all over the world and this one by far is my favorite. Great staff members, along with a wide selection of items (some unexpected items that were cool) and running deals changing almost every week has made them of of my weekly window shopping spots! Side note: Roxana is one of the best store managers I have ever met in a retail store.... keep it up! :)

The service is totally awful. They cancelled my item after 10 days because the item is not available to ship to home any more! But the item is still in stock!!!(I check it online) When I ask for refund, they said they can only give me a gift card. I dont care for the gift card and Im not going to shop here again!!! Awful!

I wanted to look in some boxes on the top shelf, because I was looking for something they didnt have on the lower shelves, and the employee told me he couldnt let me look in them. I will never come to this horrible excuse for a TRU again! Way to show terrible customer service!

service is consistently bad. Im sitting at the baby registry desk now. Ive been waiting for over an hour to set up a baby registry. first 30 mins was waiting for someone who knew how to do it. last 30 had been waiting on that person to make it happen. still waiting. ..

I love the holiday hours. Theyre open so late, it really helps me shop without the kids. Very helpful and friendly staff. TONS of toys and constantly being restocked. They didnt fight me for a second on price matching their website. Keep it up guys!

Great customer service! I did my Baby Shower Register there and a manager (Roxana) help me a lot! She is great and very helpful! I have been shopping in different Baby stores and by far this store was the best! Its customer services is outstanding!

Misleading, this is a ToysRus with a tiny section for babies. Hardly any products, only a few beds, and NO ONE to help you. Also at check out the cashier was too busy chit-chatting with other employees to give us the attention we deserved.

Toys R us is not on Hayfield, but Kingstowne Boulevard in Kingstowne proper, but Google Maps wont let me edit it. Just know that its in the shopping complex, not the subdivision shown here.

VERY limited baby selection. This is a full-fledged Toys R Us with baby clothes and a handful of additional baby products. Beware!
