This is the last time I purchase anything from this toys r us. Last summer I purchased a slip n slide, which within 1 hr I was returning it to the store for a defect (hole in it). Which the store wouldnt return it nor give me another one, or give me a refund. $45.00 gone down the drain. Well I purchased a bike last one they had, put together which I was looking for on win a box for a gift, which I had to disassemble myself for the gift. Well again I discussed this with the store manager. O you still have to pay the assemble fee. Could u disassemble it then laughter no u can pay the 10.00 for assembling it. This store has a real management problem. Sorry if your looking for customer satisfaction dont shop here....

This is the only T.R.U in Waldorf. They have decent sized aisles. The store is usually pretty clean which isnt bad considering parents and kids actually play with some of the toys, bikes, skateboards, etc. They have a lot of toys. They always have something new. Its a cool store.

Waited 40 minutes for my items. The whole reason why you pay for items online and do the quick and easy pickup is so you dont have to wait. This option is useless, first and last time.

It was organized and it was easy to find everything with all the signs and Im going to still go there a google users it was the best thing ever the best toy store too

Management (the older gentleman with the beard) could be Nice to costermers and employees seems like authority just being thrown around!!

Long lines to check out, took 20 minutes to pay. Save yourself the trouble and buy online. Its a nice store otherwise.
