just witnessed a quarrel between a family and one employee. Man the employees have the balls to raise voice like that (African American tall guy). they called the GM,.and he was horrible. the GM had so much attitude. I said i heard what was going on and if your employee had maintained his tone, this would be avoided. GM replies they you dont know what happened prior to this incident. as if he wanted to ignore what i wanted to say.

What is not to love? It is Lego. This is not the largest store but they do hae a good variety of products from small to large. They have play tables for the kids if you need to give them time from running around the mall. They have a calendar of store events with things like free build kits for kids once a month.

Lots of cool pictures and home decor items. Kind of kitschy fun. Cool dishes and glassware, vases, candles. I always find something I need here, even though I didnt know I needed it when I went in. Some things can be hit-or-miss, but theres lots of interesting stuff here.

Just had a great experience at the Tysons Corner Apple store. Made a same day appointment this AM to have someone troubleshoot my iPhone. I was helped by Jay, and after he was unable to fix my phone, he gave me a new one, gratis. Excellent customer service!

not the best customer service, but nice enough. come on, anyone who works at the mall during the holiday season will be tense. but if you need customer service picking out legos then maybe you are not that great at then you think

The kids like it! For me, no matter when I stop by, the place is way too freakin hot! The prices are way too high, it is always nuts, it smells sometimes, and seems like germ-heaven! I personally hate it, but the kids love it.

Bought LEGO FUSION Battle Towers and cant even use it! It doesnt work on Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5-Inch Tablet and Dell Venue 8 Tablet (Android). My son was disappointed. Its horrible when you bring a gift and it doesnt work!

Great store, great stock, great staff, poor layout. The store is always slammed and the layout makes it very hard to move around. Id still highly recommend the location, I just wish it was easier to access.

Very rude staff, cashier was very rude to the customer!! Very coming back here again!!! The kids were wondering why the staff was so mean and they started crying!

Located in the mall, it is usually packed on the weekends. The staff is friendly and the Pick-A-Brick wall is usually well maintained.
