I was looking for a specific toy. When I finally found it, after about 20 minutes (the store was a mess), I had to stand in a ridiculously long line. What toy store only has 3 lanes open the weekend before Christmas? When I checkout, they tell me that I cannot buy that item, because it is not supposed to be on the shelves until January. The cashier got a manager who simply told me, they cannot sell that item to me. If this item isnt to be sold until January, why was it on the shelf? It had clearly been on the shelf for a while, because a family member saw it, and requested it specifically for Christmas. They did not try to help, or accommodate me in anyway, just refused to sell me the item. I decided not to buy anything then, and the manager simply said "thats fine." Horrible customer service - I will not be returning to that store any time soon.

I cant complain too much for customer service for now of course there were nobody at the registers it was just the customer service desk but I have to admit there wear a few people there that day but it didnt take long for me to purchase what I was there for and out the door customer service was friendly and respectful. I went in there not too long ago and purchased an a Power Rangers Legacy black Limited Dragonzord only one was left which was still brand new in the box however the box had some damage on the top back side but the product was in one piece I think it might have had to do with shipping to the store but overall it was in one piece and the price was fair. I might give them routine business well see how it goes. But overall not bad.

Pretty decent Toysrus. Not messy or dirty, but they seem absurdly understaffed. You rarely see an associate on the floor and the last several times I was there the only register open was the one at customer service --and this is not clearly indicated. Has led to a long wait time a couple times. The first time because there was no one at the customer service register and the person running it did not see me waiting by the regular registers. The second time was because there were several people ahead of me with large orders.

On hold 29 minutes and still counting since someone finally answered the phone after 5 previous phone calls were disconnected before someone answered. I spoke to an employee and asked to check on the availability of an item, was told "Ill go check" and she has never returned to the phone other than at the 19 minute mark to say "hold please". Dont waste your time with this store, go to the next nearest one!

There is always no more than 1 line open and several employees at the customer service desk hanging out while the 1 line thats open is extremely long. Not one of the employees at the customer service desk assisted with the line we had to just walk over there for someone to check us out after waiting in the 1 line that was open for about 7-10 minutes. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!

Mass market toy store. Staff does not have product knowledge. I prefer "mom and pop" toy stores such as Live And Learn Toys, which is a few minutes away in the Owings Mills Business Park. At Live And Learn, not only do they know their products, they carry higher quality toys and discount nearly everything they sell.

The people are cool and nice. Selection is huge of course cuz its ToysRUs but sometimes you do have to worry about certain things not being in stock but this is a huge collector store so youre not going to find everything

You guys need to have all thomas merchandise cards take along for the anniversary and have a year or 2 when you have all trackmaster thomas 2000 to 2017 and meet the thomas and friends cast and you need cars 3

I was on hold with customer service for over 30 mins before they hung up on me. Called numerous times, had them on 2 different phone holding and waiting. Service was just as poor when I finally got there.

Really good ToysRUs usually has all the toys that I really want in stock and the place is clean it doesnt like its all junk together nice and spaced out good customer service and courteous employees

The customer service was awesome. Friendly, helpful people work here. The store was clean and the ladies restroom was clean. They even have a safe & private breastfeeding room.
