Items on layaway for at least 8 weeks . Items paid off two w,eeks ago. They email granddaughter that layaway has to be picked up within two more days. We went to pick.items up for her and they did NOT have the biggest item she had paid for. We drove over 70 milesto pick the items up for her. They assured granddaughter when put items on.layaway that they had the item in.stock. Why wasnt item put on layaway in October? Told they would be ordering it and.would call her when it came in . If this item is backordered and they cannot get it before Christmas, we will never set foot in their doors again. Hope other people have better experiences.

The place looks pretty awful from outside and it never looks busy, sometimes it even looks closed. The bathrooms are usually clean tho. Once you can track down a staff member, they are friendly and helpful. The store is definitely bigger than it looks from the outside. Good selection of toys and games. The baby selection is alright, there are a lot of things youll have to go to a Babies R Us for. The lines for checkout are typically not long unless its a black Friday or crunch time around Christmas.

The outside is a little run down but the inside has everything you could ever need. I drove 70 miles to get there because my son wanted the Cozmo robot for his birthday and it wasnt available anywhere else. This Toys R Us had several in stock nd available. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Theres usually only 1 or 2 lines open (even during xmas) and the shelves are always totally in disarray. Im sure kids are pretty rough in the store so i didnt take away stars for that. But the bathrooms were horrible everytime I have been. gone there. And

Pretty big place. Its set up alot different from other Toys R Us in the area. It was 3 days before Christmas so they were very busy but everyone was nice and we were out pretty quickly.
