Excellent selection of baby and big kid items. Very friendly employees. Love the mothers room. My biggest complaint is that Ive had to visit customer service nearly every time I go for one reason or another. Most recently, items I purchased rang up incorrectly. Several times, promotional items werent in stock at the registers and had to wait a second time in line at the service desk. Problems have always been solved to my satisfaction, but for anyone who has had kids in tow, you know this can be an added stress.

I used to work here. Seems not much has changed. They usually have pretty good sales that are pretty well advertised throughout the store. But some of the staff seem like youre bothering them when you interrupt them. (Thats just SOME of the staff) and I only ever have this issue with one particular person. Overall its a nice store and I wouldnt stop going there for 1 particular employee.

Thank you Stephanie Madsen! Last Thursday I tried to order a table & chair set online but I was unable to receive the information I wanted by doing the chat. I called your store and Stephanie was so cooperative!! She answered all my questions, ordered the set and the set arrived at my home the following Tuesday (10/08/13!! Delores Swanson (82yrs) She certainly is a valuable employee!

Every time we go into to this particular location, there seems to be a lack of communication between departments, out of stock on virtually ANYTHING on sale, or we are given an excuse as to why they do not carry some fairly basic things. I avoid this place like the plague.

Great place to take the kids to window shop for Christmas or before buying online. This is really the only place around with an assortment of bikes at different sizes to properly size your child for a bike.
