To be honest they have good stock in some areas and not so good stock in others. They have a lot of G and O scale and a good amount of n scale but when it comes to HO (the scale I collect) they dont have the best selection. To add on to this once I reserved two items because I was just getting started in the hobby and didnt have track. However they ended up losing them and I was unable to attain them until I found one of them at what I was sure was their both a train show that they attended. In all they have a friendly staff and I would suggest going if you are in to the larger scales.

Customer service doesnt get any better than here at Toy Trains and Collectibles. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. They have a extensive inventory of "scaled" items to help you along in your dioramas.

By far the best train store in the DC Area, especially for O gauge. Massive used and new stock for all gauges. WAY better than Hobby works and Train Depot.
