Being the only Toys"R"Us franchise in the area, Id expect the store to be in better shape. The store seems to have been mechanically neglected for a significant amount of time. Exposed roof joists are covered in dust, ceiling fans are dirty and broken. The temperature in the store is not comfortable. The modular shelving units are old and show much wear. This store needs mechanical attention and updating. I recommend having your smartphone handy and urging the store to price-match.
