It has been quite the ordeal trying to take advantage of the advertised sales gimmicks and order products (that arent ever in stock). One item I ordered in store was shipped, the other was cancelled (without my knowledge). (Car seats! Expensive car seats!) I only gave this two stars because there is at least one person that tried to help me, but it doesnt fully compensate for the hours of my life wasted trying to make a purchase (phone calls to the 800 number, three in store visits, phone calls to the store, etc.). Had it not been for the single sales rep who attempted to care, it would definitely deserve NO stars. This is why I almost exclusively order from Amazon or visit to Buy Buy Baby.

This is the only babies r us store in the Fredericksburg/spotsylvania area and they never have the store brand infant/toddler formula in stock! Why advertise a product that is never available in the store....... And it appears as if the store manager and the employees could care less about their product availability. Parents, dont bother starting your infants on babies r us formula because youll end up being disappointed and frustrated. The Kirkland brand infant/toddler formula is a much better and reliable option (and it doesnt contain Palm oleic).

My daughter received a bunch of clothes from babies r us for christmas - She is just 3 months old and no longer fits into 0-3M clothing. All of her gifts were 0-3M so I need to exchange them for 3-6M. This particular Babies R Us does not take exchanges or refunds without a receipt - even if it has the babies r us tag still on them! This is the only babies r us around so that is quite unfortunate for me. I have a bunch of clothes my daughter cant wear and a store that wont exchange them without a receipt. I will not be shopping there anymore!

My husband and I came to this sore to set up our baby registry. Mike was a wonderful and pleasant helper. He was so kind and took the time to explain various products to us without being pushy. He also included a hand written note in our gift registry bag which was a nice touch. Thank you for your help Mike!

Son and i went in and found 2 items that were $30 marked up from the website toys r us prices. To thier credit they offered to match the price.. however why should we have to do this? We had NO reception in the place so i had ro keep walking out to the road to look up prices and haggle with them.

I had got diapers from my baby shower and someone had gotten me size 5 and they wete jean and he wont fit them till 18 pounds and they wont let me exchange them and they lost my registery. Ugh!!! Never shopping there again

There are times where it would take a long time to get help especially in the video game department. The prices are comparably higher than other places. When assistance finally arrives, it is very friendly however.

Great selection and staff. Came down for the special Pokemon event and had a great time. The store is well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful. Same features as any other location.

Clean, well kept store. The bathrooms were very clean as well. As always when compared to Amazon, the prices are a little higher but kids love looking at all of the toys.
