I have lived in Perinton my whole life and like to support my local economy in the area. We hit up a lot of coffee shops and family owned restaurants. So, when my son wanted a specific toy I decided instead of going to Target or something I went here. We found what he was looking for and bought it. When I got home and put it together for him it did not work properly. I called the store and the woman told me I could NOT return this item but could only exchange it for another one...well, I didnt want another one since the first one didnt work properly. So, now I am stuck with this toy. I also have to mention that when I went to a national chain I found the SAME toy for 17 dollars less! So, forget shopping locally for me. Not only does my son not have the toy he wanted because it doesnt work but I could have saved a bundle by not shopping at this local store. I will never shop here again and I will warn anyone about their "return" policy. At target I am never questioned if something needs to be returned. Good luck with your business!~

Nice quality toys but expensive. Biggest problem is returns. I bought a $25 toy and needed to return it, unopened and with the receipt within 4 days. I was told I would have to take a gift card. Instead, I wanted to select another item - since the price was not the same, I was informed that I needed to spend the remaining difference or take a gift card. I wont shop there again. I felt the clerk was rude.
