I just phoned to see if I could order flowers for delivery. I had called a few other places but nobody could help. The person who answered at Floral Accents was honest with me and said the store was pretty low on stock as it was the afternoon of Christmas Eve. I sure can understand that. However, she pressed on and asked what it was that I needed and I explained that my sister lost her husband yesterday. I live out of state and was just trying to get her something beautiful to look at. She is going to have a rough Christmas. The person at this store was so understanding and kind. She said that she would make sure it was done and suggested some wonderful ideas from what she still had on hand. I know that a store is open to do business. However, when someone like that takes the time to listen and to really care, then they do more than business. They touch people. I am so grateful that I found their number online and especially to have gotten the person I did when I called. I dont think I asked her name. Im sorry for that, I was a little out of sorts. I want her to know that she is a light in the world. Thank you for helping me, especially on such a busy day when it would have been much easier to simply say that you couldnt do it like the other places did. You are what Christmas is about.

I generally spend about $50 on flowers for my wife on her bday and our anniversary to be delivered. I have tried many different shops and my wife later brings her flowers home and they have often been, in my eyes, less than $50 worth. But this time I went to Floral Accents. The woman who helped me was very kind and helpful. I told her my spending amount and she told me she would take care of me. My wife came home with a beautiful arrangement that was huge and included an awesome mixture of roses and exotic flowers. My wife was happy so I was happy! I will be using your company again. Thanks

I called Floral Accents to order flowers for my wife. I was a difficult customer; i didnt know what i wanted and i called several times to change my mind. They helped me put together a beautiful and unique arrangement. What I got for the money was incredible. Great service, friendly, excellent value... I would recommend them in a second!

Very disappointed would never order from here again. They did not make my delivery on Mothers day, so I had to settle for a Monday delivery instead.They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention they put red carnations in an arrangement that was pictured in pinks and purples, totally ruined an otherwise nice looking arrangement.

Service was good for my wedding, very pretty. However, the half payment in cash rule was very strange and required more headache than I wanted. I walked into the consult ready to hand over full payment with card but got refused. Not really sure why.
