I paid over $100 for the top shelf vase of flowers to be delivered to my wife at work. I chose every upgrade that could be purchased. When the flowers arrived at her work, the tulips were not in bloom, not a single one. I paid for a massively vibrant splash of white flowers stuffed with beautiful red tulips. A small cheap vase that looks nothing like the pictures on the website showed up and there were green stems and closed flowers shoved in the vase. I spoke with the owner on the phone and she demanded that they will look amazing in a few days. I did not spend more than $100, have flowers delivered at work to express my love for my wife so that she could haul them out of her office today only to have them look amazing on my own kitchen counter in a few days. My anniversary is today, not a few days from now. I feel cheated of my special day with my wife.

Sooo I normally do not post comments on the internet but today I called and I informed the lady I have an emergency... I have a wedding in a week and a half and the floral company I was going with is a small business but can no longer fit me in. I called and asked the lady if there was any way if she could fit me in and if I could get a quote... the lady with attitude said... "You have to call back tomorrow", which if she stopped there I would not have posted this comment but she continued "today is national secretary day you know like a major national holiday so you have to call back" (with attitude like I put her out). Seriously? Who does business like that? I understand if you could not help me but they do not deserve business when they treat people like that. They lost $1000s of dollars of business just because of how they treated me from one event.

Huddarts has been the florist used by my folks for more years than I can count, long before Jennifer took over the business. This business has and is one I wish was in my neighborhood. Recently, our mother passed away and the spray prepared for her was stunning. When my brother had called to order, Jennifer herself took the call and directed the preparation of the flowers. These were tailored to our mothers preference. This was one of the bonuses of using a local established business year in and year out. My folks were not just customers, their likes and dislikes were known by the owner and was reflected in the flowers at the service. I need to formally apologize to Huddart floral for not using them this past Valentines Day. I went with another florist that was closer to the delivery area and since I left that florist such a bad review, I felt obligated to let the fine folks at Huddart know how awesome they are! Though I have never met anyone there personally and do my shopping online, Huddart has always given the most exquisite flowers and always have the best customer service. They have my business and referrals for life!

So maybe Im just out of touch with reality but when i pay $80 for a bouquet of flowers for the wife, i expect it to be pretty spectacular. It was small and didnt really look much like the picture on the website- different vase, different flowers, different colors and did i say small? I feel pretty embarrassed about paying $80 for something like this. I was taken

I ordered these at 3 a.m. the day I needed them delivered and at 8:30 a.m. I got a call from the store that my card had declined and they gave me a chance to correct that instead of just canceling the order. The flowers were delivered by 11 a.m. and they are very cute.

I called in the morning to place my order for flowers to be delivered to my wife at her work place. The flowers were delivered early in the afternoon, and my wife couldnt have been happier with them. Ill keep ordering from Huddart!

If you like to be treated poorly and over paid for some so-so quality floral arrangement, this is the place for you. Good luck when you go there, definitely need it. By the way, this place gets 1 star because 0 is not available.
