I ordered flowers from Perfect Arrangement based on how many great review they had on here. But, they never delivered the flowers I ordered. When I called to see what had happened, they told me "I guess we just lost your order." The woman I talked to even remembered taking the order, including my credit card number, but apparently whatever she wrote it down on got lost. I needed the flowers for a very important occasion, and by the time they figured out what had happened it was too late and I was just out of luck. What a disappointment. And the only thing they offered to make it up to me was a "possible discount on a future order." Too bad Ill never order from them again because I like knowing that the flowers I order will actually be delivered.

My father in-law has been suffering in hospital and has been a rough few weeks for my mother in-law after calling 8 different flower shops (after hours of course) then a perfect arrangement answered the phone and came through with the most stuning bouquet of flowers I have seen in a long time being delivered to the old spaghetti factory it made her cry. Thank you for the awesome customer service you guys rock!!

I called for a same day delivery at 8ish in the morning to be delivered before 10. She didnt laugh at me or tell me no! She said she didnt have her flower delivery yet but let me know she had enough for a medium arrangement and told me what flowers she had on hand. The arrangement was delivered, the recipient very touched and I very grateful. Thank you Perfect Arrangement! I will definitely use you again.

I saw the great rating and called. I completely agree with it now. I called last second and asked for a specific price range. When I told the woman when I would get off work and wanted to pick the flowers up I was told that it was after their regular hours. They made sure that someone was there so that I was able to pick up the flowers within my price range and looking great.

Saved valentines day! After hearing my problem with flower patch and their inability to deliver flowers after 8 hours of waiting, this lady took my order at 5:30 on vday and delivered same day! Even better she designed the petal which made it that much more special! Would recommend this florist to anyone!

I have used Perfect Arrangement as my go to florist for a very long time and am very satisfied. I have called last minute and she has come through every time. She works magic with flowers. At my most recent wedding the flowers were amazing and I couldnt be happier. The cost is very reasonable too!
