Every time I think about how the flowers for my wedding looked I want to cry in frustration. I let my husband be in charge of the flowers because he likes that sort of thing and the people we dealt with at the flower shop communicated and treated him poorly. They didnt give us the time of day when we made an appointment to finalize our order. We wanted all white flowers with dark green accent leaves. Instead we got some weird light green accent leaves with white edges and our corsages had a blue bow incorporated in them. I had a cascading bouquet and the handle of it was gold!!!!!! My wedding colors were silver and blue, which we had told them multiple times! I am even more upset because we had a budget and they wouldnt work with us so we ended up paying $100 more than we could afford. I literally started crying when I saw what we received and refused to have my bouquet and corsages in our pictures. The bouquet was wilted and brown by the next morning and the corsages were brown before the night ended. When people ask me where to get flowers I will tell them anywhere else would be 100% better than Especially For You Flowers. After leaving this review my husband received a call from the owner who immediately stated arguing with him about how it was his fault that our flowers turned out the way they did. Very unprofessional! If they would have given us the time of day in the beginning they would have properly heard our request. For a company that only does two weddings a month they dont put much time and effort into them.

Best Floral Shop in the city! Marci and her staff were wonderful to work with. They are very professional and were able to create exactly what we are looking for. These people know their stuff. We had a short deadline and they were able to meet with us, discuss our needs and order our arrangements extremely quickly. They are also active in the community here in Salt Lake City. They donate their time and services to outreach programs and other organizations working to better our city. We are now lifelong customers! Thank you for everything Marci and staff! You guys are amazing!!!

I have to give this beautiful shop the highest rating possible not just for the amazing boutonnière they quickly made for me but for the BEST customer service they provided me. I called them after they closed but they answered and after explaining my situation they kindly told me to come in and they would take care of me! I am extremely grateful for the ladies that helped me and would recommend them highly because customer service like this is almost impossible to find these days! Thank you!!! My daughter and her date looked perfect for Prom, if I could post a pic I would!

I came in 10 minutes before they closed looking for 6 single stem rose bouquets for an event I was going to and they were so accommodating despite it being quite busy at the time. They wrapped each rose bouquet so beautifully and they looked quite stunning. I think the recipients felt quite special by the high quality and it was obvious that these were NOT grocery store flowers but so much better. It was my first time there and I was quite impressed (although the parking is a little tricky and you can only turn in if you are traveling east on 400 South).

I placed an order for flowers with Especially For You Flowers for my sisters birthday. I live in Australia, so I wasnt paying attention to the time and realized I made the order 30 minutes before this florist closed. They were incredibly responsive and despite a very challenging day of deliveries due to recent storms there in SLC, in the end, Marci was able to deliver the flowers THAT EVENING. Fantastic customer service. I will do all future floral business in SLC with this business. Professional and kind. What more can you ask for?

May 20 was my last dance, Prom! And I came to purchase corsage and boutineir and I love how engaged I was with how I want the flowers to look like they made sure I got what I envisioned! Super attentive staff I felt welcomed and appreciated. Deffinatly the best flower shop in salt lake. I cannot forget the owner shes so nice she makes sure everybody is taken care of! I recommended for everybody to buy there arangenents! plus its super affordable and you can literally ask for any flower and they will get it for you!

Especially For You is a class act on all fronts! The owner Marci personally delivered the flowers for our wedding exactly when promised on a Saturday morning. Everyone that I have dealt with down there has a genuine interest in providing quality service and exceptional bouquets for any occasion. My wedding ceremony was a success in part because of E.F.Y. Theyre amazing! I booked them for my wedding flowers and they were worth every penny. Everyone was friendly and helpful when I was describing what I wanted. On the day of, the delivery was right on time, which was a huge relief. The flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. My wedding coordinator said the boutonnieres were the best she had seen in the decade she had been doing weddings. Especially For You was all around fantastic and helped to make my special day beautiful.

What a amazing experience. Sure every flower shop has great flowers, But there are very few businesses that know how to provide such a great customer experience. I Rarely write customer reviews because I rarely see customer service this great. I constantly try to teach my team to provide customer service like this. I was absolutely blown away. Especially for you is phenomenal. I wanted to send an arrangement to my fiance but wanted something different. I let the staff know the colors she likes, and that she likes arrangements that are unique. I gave them the price I wanted to spend, and they took care of the rest. My fiance loved them, and said it was the best arrangement I have ever given her. I highly recommend Especially For You Flower. I more than got my moneys worth.

I had ordered a premium set of the 16 piece heart roses for my girlfriend for Valentines day. I had set up the delivery to her work. They were the best flowers in the whole company and I dont think anyone has seen quite the display. All the people that saw them were taking pictures, and they were all impressed. I highly recommend this place for any occasion as the florists are quite talented.

Super impressed with this place! I requested lavender and they said they would let me know if they got any in later that day. Not even three hours later there was a beautiful bunch of lavender in my hands without ever leaving my office. They were also affordable and the three different staff members I spoke to were incredible! I dont know if I will ever go to any other shop in Salt Lake.
