Excellent service. I had flowers done for my sisters funeral and they were amazing for one third the cost of any other place. I am very particular when it comes to my floral arrangements. I had shopped all over town and compared arrangements and prices. I like my flowers simple, elegant and fresh. Gibbys had provided flowers that met my standards at the best rate around. The spray for the casket was enormous, elegant, fresh and very beautiful. I also had a friend who had them customize a floral arrangement for the same event. Gibbys was willing to go out of their way to spend the time to make the arrangement. I would not go to any one else in the area. Update on 12/2015: Just had flower arrangements ordered. They were far better arrangements that I could find online for the price. Did the job on short notice and on time. I am particular about my arrangements. I prefer simple and elegant. They exceeded my expectations. I have never been disappointed and always been pleased. Please support these guys because they are invaluable. I am not affiliated or related. I really have had the best experience with these guys. Dont be afraid to follow up with them, and doing it in person is best. I did my due diligence by ensuring I have them accurate information in a timely manner and speaking with someone who could find my order. They had less than 3 days to do the order and it was executed flawlessly despite horrible weather.

Terrible service and poor quality! My wedding was on May 10, 2013 and I had called to put in my flower order at the beginning of April to make sure there was enough time because it was the same day as mothers day weekend. Everyone I talked to seemed confused and not very helpful. When I called to add one more corsage the Monday before my wedding the lady couldnt even find my order to add on to but took what I needed anyway. Five minutes after I got off of the phone with her the owner called me back to verify my order which was not surprisingly wrong. He was rude and told me that he didnt do weddings on mothers day weekend and had turned away 10 weddings already, he was mad that I had to pick up my flowers the day of the wedding instead of the day before and wanted me to know he was too busy with mothers day orders to worry about mine. When I picked up the order the flowers were ugly and beat up. He didnt want to order the daisies in the specific colors and painted what he had to make my 4 corsages, 4 boutineers, maid of honor bouquet and bridal bouquet. The bridal bouquet was a sad mess of four daisies held together with cheap white ribbon tied in a bow. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere better. You may save a couple of dollars here but it wont be worth it. Thank God for Jimmys Floral for making me a new bridal bouquet in an hour so I had something nice to walk down the isle with. Gibby Floral sucks.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the florist we used for years, but the original people have to have passed or retired. Now its substandard and they could CARE LESS about service! They just want your money. I ordered a planter for my father at the passing of his sister, and I SPECIFICALLY stated NO FLOWERS. They said they could put fall color in the planter, I said fine but NO FLOWERS. I told this woman THREE TIMES. So guess what he got? Yep. A TINY planter that was half the size I expected FULL OF FLOWERS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Do not go here. :(

Ive ordered flower arrangements inside of pumpkins that turn out beautiful! Their fresh flowers and talented work made my wedding perfect! After calling 4 other places today, these guys were willing to make a beautiful arrangement on the fly and deliver it today!!! Not only that, the woman was sympathetic and kind. These were for the passing of a dog and she took my small suggestion and created a beautiful arrangement. I will never go to another florist. Thank you so much for your kindness!!!!

Wow! Go elsewhere!! Just spoke to the manager about my Wifes Valentine flowers. They were delivered to the wrong house, before I could explain what had happened the manager yelled over the phone about how busy he was??? Im not in the flower business but maybe more than one delivery guy would help, also invest in a Garmin! Horrible customer service!

Very kind and courteous I called at two in the afternoon and was able to get birthday flowers delivered to my mom in Roy the same day, where I had used Jimmy s flowers for years and they wouldnt deliver them until the next day. Gibbys was happy to do it, they gained another loyal customer.

I have received an arrangement and sent an arrangement from Gibbys and both were the best Ive seen. They were both Gerbera daisies, carnations, and roses. They lasted a long time, were colorful, and I received many compliments. I will continue to use this florists whenever I need flowers.
