I ordered flowers for our 40th wedding anniversary a week in advance to give whomever FTD chose as the provide plenty of time to arrange for fresh roses for the bouquet. When they arrived today I couldnt believe the poor quality in both the quality of the flowers and the arrangement. For $125 I expected fresh roses and a stunning, professional arrangement. I couldve gone to the supermarket and paid $25 for something a lot better than this. Some roses in the bouquet looked like they were crushed and the arrangement wont last a day or two and certainly not the FTD 7-day guarantee. So, I called FTD to complain and said I wanted a full refund and said how unhappy I was that La Conceit Flowers had ruined the surprise of what should have been a stunning rose arrangement for my wife for our very special 40th wedding anniversary. Needless to say I wont be using La Conchita in the future nor recommending them to anyone..

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday. As of tonight they still havent been delivered! We called twice. 1st time she said they had been delivered. We asked her to check the delivery guys log and make sure they had been delivered. Her response was she couldnt do that because he had the log with him. We asked her to call him and see if he did deliver them. She said she couldnt do that because he didnt get off his first job until 11 PM. When I called the second time and told the very rude lady who answered the phone, that they still hadnt been delivered, her response was " What do you want me to do about it?" I told her I wanted the mother f@&$ing flowers delivered. She saiid ok and hung up. Still not delivered! This place is a rip off that is ran by the thieves!!

My sweetheart ordered flowers for my 65th birthday, with a pound of expensive chocolates. He had ordered the most expensive floral arrangement. When they were delivered, I was handed what looked like a white bag from the Dollar Store, with four dollar store chocolate candies inside. The flower arrangement was anything BUT what was supposed to be their most expensive. Today I discovered that the purple container for the flowers was a REUSED item! There was ACTUALLY several pieces of old tape on the sides, and several areas where there was scratch marks on the film coloring... We will never use this florist again.

Extremely poor service. My Mothers Day flowers were delivered to the wrong address. They were left in front of this persons shop in the back of their home, not even their front door. These nice people, two blocks away, delivered them to me after discovering them in front of their backyard shop. They had been sitting there for 3 days in the rain, hail, sun. Delivery was supposed to happen Friday. This is Monday at 9PM. Sloppily written note included. Usually Florists will type the notes. Everything about this delivery was sloppy and lazy. Sad.

My birthday was Monday and my sister sent me flowers. They did not arrive until Wednesday. I received a phone call from the store on Tues. telling me the address was wrong. They could not find it on Google. It is a new subdivision and we are not on Google. The man made me feel like it was my sisters fault. The plant that came need water and looked like it was planted by a five year old. I had to replant the plants deeper in the pot. I would never buy from this florist.

Very underwhelming flower arrangement. My 11 year old could have done it. Also, since they couldnt find the address, they didnt deliver or call. I called them two days after scheduled delivery to find out what was going on...THEN they delivered. What a joke.

They did a fabulous job of putting together a quick and lovely arrangement for me. The shop is a little rough around the edges. Very friendly staff. Fun eclectic shop with lots of unique and handmade gifts. Highly recommend!
