I am giving two stars for customer service. On Saturday I bought a jacket on sale, and when I came home I noticed it had a huge ugly patch on the left front pocket about 1 inch. I bought it at a large sample sale, where none of the other products I bought were defective. The item was not marked as specifically defective, and it should have either been marked or placed downstairs on sale, instead of in the sample sale. When I came to return it today, the sales girl was incredibly snooty and rude about it. Just from this experience I will not be shopping here again. If a new company wants to start up they should either refund, exchange defective items (or at least LABEL its defective) and then not be a brat about it at checkout. There is nothing I hate more than rude customer service. #gonordstrom

I ordered two Del Dia- Im Feeling Lucky Daypacks (which I love how fun and random the colors are), and the day after I ordered my bags they had a promo that if you spent over $75 you would get a free Del Dia Dopp kit. So i emailed the company and asked them if they would honor that and give me the free bag and they didnt even hesitate to say yes! It is so refreshing to see that kind of amazing customer service and kindness!

I bought the Libre Sweater off Kickstart. The sweater has a stitching problem and I wanted to return it for an exchange. Their return page does not recognize me as a buyer and THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT! The people In their retail store, right down stairs from the office, tell me that they are indeed up there...ANSWER YOUR PHONE!

Stopped by on a whim because the strap on my backpack was broken. Super pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and immediately purchased a Nazca 24L for my daily commute and gym needs. Free water bottle with my purchase was a really fun and exciting touch.
