Bought a chair here and it broke. When I brought it back for exchange or refund they told me I should contact the manufacturer? I didnt have it shipped and this isnt Amazon so why would I do that? George the assistant manager didnt have a good answer just kind of stammered and said the other guy was at lunch and couldnt help me. Terrible customer service. Well definitely shop elsewhere

Walked in went strait to the gun counter. Stood there for a few minutes while 3 employees at the register were telling jokes. Never got helped so I walked out.
