Extremely rude staff. We went to buy a bike, and when we approached three of the staff members who were standing around talking to each other, they got irritated when we asked for help. Brad, the one who apparently drew the short straw and made no effort to hide how annoyed he was, did nothing but roll his eyes at every question we asked. When we asked if my sister could try one of the bikes, he told her that if she fit one bike she would fit them all. He told us they didnt assemble bikes there, and that we should just go shop at the bike store down the road. Be smart and take your business elsewhere.

The selection of sporting equipment is mediocre, at least this location, and the staff was less than helpful. Id give them a Giant F on effort and a 0 for knowledge.... luckily Im a self service guy and essentially knew what I needed and didnt really need their assistance but at least try and fake it. I cant imagine being a customer, with questions, and trying to glean anything useful from one of their employees. If you have another option, REI, Dicks, etc. you might want to check there first.

I am am avid outdoorsman. I stopped here to check out their selection, walking through the cluttered store and never being greeted by the three employees who were gossiping on the sales floor about an incident "the other night". I saw they had little selection to choose from and what they did have was extremely overpriced.

Great place to shop, but company would not honor gift card that I bought on Plastic Jungle (card was valid and paid for) and would not return my protest call. What a ripoff headquarters! Good store, though.

Small chain for sporting goods, okay selection. Extremely great for quick in and out shopping. Limited golf selection but they have a little of everything.

Very knowledgeable on hiking shoes. Salesman Dave recommended his favorite brand and the price was right. Wore them home and straight to the trails.

Very helpful and friendly staff and the always have my size Asics in stock
