I have been visiting this outlet for over a decade and it remains as one of my favorite companies to support. Yes, it is expensive. Even the outlet prices can be higher than you would expect. But I work in the retail world and I can tell you that unlike 90% of other clothing companies that operate outlet stores, Patagonia doesnt manufacture cheaper clothing specifically for their outlets. They use their outlets to liquidate late model product, less popular product (which includes colors, sizes, etc) and even slightly blemished product. (Which I have happily bought several times). If you go in thinking that they will have every size you want, youll be disappointed. We are not wealthy by any means but we have chosen to purchase our kids coats and jackets every year for over a decade. Those coats have been worn and abused by two boys and are then passed down to cousins multiple times. One of their retro jackets is now on its 8th different 5 year old in my extended family. The staff has always been helpful and kind to me. Considering the phenomenal product they produce, the warranty and service they offer, and their unrivaled commitment to preserve the natural environment, I will gladly continue to give them my money and support. Keep it up guys.

I dont often have five-star retail experiences. At the Patagonia outlet I found not only professional customer service but employees that were obviously passionate about the outdoors and clothing that heightens your adventures. I was received with smiles when I brought in a jacket that had been absolutely abused. Since Im not easy on my gear it was comforting being helped at Patagonia where they understood me. They helped me order an item and have it shipped across the country to meet me before an expedition. They gave excellent feedback on all the gear I asked questions about and really knew what they were talking about. I recommend you pay a visit to this Patagonia outlet store before purchasing online. The customer service is so great that I guarantee they will help you make the purchase that is right for you. Great store!

Ive been going to this store for 12+ years. The Patagonia name brand is expensive but everything is well made and they support initiatives I feel good about. Here youll find prices way below retail, especially during their awesome sales around Memorial Day and Labor Day, as well as other times throughout the year. (But get there early and be prepared to stand in line... because its crowded!) The employees have always been very helpful.

Very sad. Visiting and drove out of my way to visit. Absolutely, without a doubt not an outlet. Basically a full price store with a sale section like any other normal store. And if your a large don’t bother. I found nothing in the sale items that was large other than a few items. 90% XXL, XL, and small. Some mediums. I expect more from Patagonia, but I guess corporate is corporate after all.

Patagonia is one of the best, but not the most affordable. This outlet has a lower price point, than a regular store, especially when it is on sale. But the price is still very high and the selection limited. The return policy is great. Service is fine. They even fixed one of my Patagonia backpacks for free. I lost one strap.

I was greeted by a smiling employee, had all my questions answered quickly and accurately, and there was a great deal of personal opinion on product that I was seeking. I left with a jacket that I was sure Id love, and it has performed as I had hoped. Great people at this store. Great product. Great company. Customer for life!

The staff at the Patagonia store were very helpful and friendly. Also, if youre looking for a good deal on "Patagucci" this is the place to shop especially during their seasonal sales. The store will be a bit of a mess but be patient and do some sleuthing and youll snag some great items.

Good luck if youre a size Medium. You might have better odds of winning Powerball. The inventory caters to the bigger crowd for sure. Some of the products will have imperfections on them, which are noted, but most are styles that are being phased out. Some items are full priced.

Nice enough store, but not much of an "outlet." We didnt find any great deals, and actually didnt buy anything, even though we were visiting from Michigan and prepared to buy! Staff didnt even speak to us, or acknowledge us in any way. Kind of a bummer.

Had no idea Patagonia had outlets until we found this place; deals were absolutely amazing for Patagonia gear; which if its something I needed I would consider paying the full price as Patagonia gear is hard to beat in terms of quality and reliability.

Deals for sure on the great Patagonia product if you work a little and not picky on current year color.....Some surprisingly condescending attitude from a store rep dampened the fun store vibe a bit...though worth wading through and worth the trip!

Upside, its Patagonia, and its an outlet. So, things are cheaper. Downside is its Patagonia. Even when discounted it is still fairly expensive. You will come across some worthwhile finds here, but not everything is a steal.

The selection just wasnt that great and the prices seemed much higher than online for the exact same product. It was okay, but they didnt have anything in my size. I am 64" and typically an extra large.

For an outlet you would expect a giant selection and good deals. This really has neither, REI a lot of time has a larger selection and better prices. My better sweater was $40 cheaper at REI.
