All I have to say is wow. I was greeted very respectfully and treated just like if i were one of his hunting buddies. Any question I had about bow items was answered with ease and proven to be less than Arizona archery on deer valley. The bow tech is lengendary and did an amazing job not just redoing my strings but also tuning, adjusting peep sight and knocking my arrow. The customer service is great and had no problem teaching me a lot of what I needed to know about bow hunting. I loved this place and would recommend it to any body needing service on their bow.

I have been lucky enough to find Lookout Mountain Outfitters which has been a great gun and outdoor shop to do business with. They make you feel at home, answer all of your questions, truly care about you, and their customer service is second to none. I have purchased 2 handguns from them and they have also sold many of my guns. They were always upfront, honest and professional. I first went to them because they were the only ones in town who sold an EAA Windicator .357. I havent gone to anyone else since. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time in. I needed to get my bow tuned for an upcoming hunting trip. The customer service was fantastic, felt welcomed right when I walked into the Pro shop. The knowledge base was amazing and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Very reasonable pricing and they gained a new customer for life, I will take my bow back here every time I need anything done!

The bow tech Glenn is the best I have ever experienced. This man goes through the entire bow and makes sure before you leave that your bow is tuned and the arrows are flying to his expert standard.
