Earlier this week I purchased one of their Grizzly -25 degree two person sleeping bags on ebay. I live in Utah and needed it quick, however, they didnt have an option for local pickup. I messaged Black Pine and asked if there was a way I could pick it up the next day from their store. Gregg messaged me back within about 10 minutes and offered to personally deliver it to my location the next day. I wouldnt expect them to do this everytime, but thats great customer service right there! Thank you!

Awesome customer service and got me exactly what I needed. Call before picking up at the store as there warehouse is at a different building. They didnt have the bag I wanted in stock so they ran and picked it up before I got there. Their bags are great. Have slept in several different models and they all have lots of room. I am 61" and I hate mummy bags but these have all given me tons of space and have kept me warm on fall backpacking trips. Overall great company and great products.

I bought a turbo tent. Loved it at first. The main hub broke after second use. Bought a replacement piece and it broke after first use. Company has done nothing to help us. Very disappointed they dont stand behind their product
