Actually Its zero stars! I was there tonight . I purchased 81.00$ of merchandise. Upon checking out, I looked at my receipt. The cat pan I purchased rang up as 12.99. The shelf said 9.99. I found someone to help me and we went back to the shelf. There was another cat pan on the shelf and the price said 9.99. He then told me that the price was for the cat sand which was on the shelf below and that he did not understand why there were two price tags for the cat sand. One under the cat pan and one below for the sand. I asked him if I could get 2 bucks back. He said no , and that mistakes happen. I told him he just made a mistake and promptly returned everything and told him he lost an 81.00 $ dale for a lousy 2 bucks! Never shopping here again!

I was just at the Shoppers chandler location this evening, I have been in a couple times before but was never impressed by the staff and no one seemed very knowledgeable. However, tonight when I went in looking for boots I had the most kind-hearted girl helping me out! Now normally I wouldnt right a review since I feel good service should just be expected, but this girl I believe she said her name was Lexie, was very patient with me and my kids and stayed with me when I walked through each department answering all my questions. She changed my opinion of shoppers entirely as she told me the story of it being a family owned business pasted down to generations. How amazing is that! I am excited to continue coming to shoppers in the future!"

I came to this store too look at some firearms and to see what they had in stock. Their top seller is going to be Glock, which is fine, the clerk behind the counter was some 20yr old dude with a foot long beard who could not answer a simple question regarding Glock. He didnt bother opening up the display case-gun cases from glock or ask an assistant next to him. I walk off then this guy grabs an ar-15 off the wall and totes it around playing army with it, his assistant made a comment. I wont be going back to this store. I recommend another store to purchase firearms from and hopefully other gun owners would do business with someone a lot more knowledgeable and experienced in a professional manner.

Dont let the simple name fool you. This store is an tack and feed store wrapped inside an Ace hardware store wrapped inside a Cabelas. Who doesnt want a place where you can buy a rifle, boots, air compressor, and pallet of hay in one trip? Great place with great people. The store is giant so bring some snacks when you go exploring.

Shoppers Supply is so organized and wonderful! The employees are all rock stars and you can tell they enjoy helping customers. I sincerely appreciate the help I received going into the store. Also, WOW, they have amazing products, high quality inventory, and its all EASY TO FIND! This place is my new favorite store.

Its a great store but dont call and expect to get the right department or have them answer in a timely fashion. I called for sporting goods and was transferred to the wrong department twice and was on hold over 15 minutes the second transfer and just hung up after finding out it still wasnt the right department

I go in to the store and bey some things and is Im comeing out I said I didnt get any steel as in steel for my wilder today like I wanted to and they thought and acknowledge like I Sotled something win I didnt now win I com back in to be my dad a pare of boots thay follow me around like Im a theef!

Love this store! Its like Costco for ranchers. Where else can you take your dog with you while youre shopping for clothes or shoes? And they have great prices on dog food, horse feed and tack....they have really good prices and great selection of bridles and breast collars.
