I love the products this store offers, however they have terrible customer service. The employees dont greet you nor do they offer assistance while you shop. I had to search the tiny boutique for someone who worked there and its TINY. When I asked for things, I got cold, short responses. I have visited this store several times and my experience has been the same. Such a shame because they have great clothes and shoes.

Two of the employees bent over backwards for me to help me find a specific dress i was looking for that didnt work out. After leaving the store i received a call saying they found something in the back that would be perfect! The fact that she went through their calls to find my number then sent me a picture, and totally helped me out was very impressive! Great clothing and great employees!

Cute boutique but the two girls working never greeted me or asked if I needed help- which I did. They were too busy talking about their personal matters. They are extremely overpriced and they asked to take my purse when I went in the dressing room- they dont trust me not to steal 3 shirts but Im supposed to trust them not to steal my expensive wallet, its contents and my work computer?

You expect you would get a good customer service due to their prices being a little higher than the other boutique next door. Nope. No one said hi to me when I walked in or if they could do anything for me. One girl actually looked at me at looked the other way. I liked a few things but decided I wasnt going to buy anything. First and last time going in that store.

This local Boutique is hit or miss. The clothes, the employees, the service, The friendliness, or uber-frosty-ness of the staff.Overall the style is nice, but the sizing is all over the place. In the same visit you may find something fabulous for a fortune, and something Fabulous for a fair price. Its always fun to stop in, and "try my luck"!

Loved the service! I normally dont write reviews but for Soel I had to! The workers were so upbeat, friendly and so helpful! They have the cutest clothes. If you havent been its definitely worth a visit. The only down side to Soel is that I wish they had an online store.
