So my mother and I booked an appointment to get our eyelashes permed on the morning of 04/14/16 via Groupon. I ended up getting there approximately two minutes after my appointment was scheduled and the girl who was going to be doing the perming, it turns out, wasnt there yet. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for her to arrive. When she finally did, she didnt introduce herself, and she was rushing to get me into the room and start the procedure. I didnt really feel comfortable as she was kind of standoff-ish. She went ahead and started applying the perming solution to my lashes when my mom arrived. After the salon girl was done with me, she permed my moms lashes and then left the room. My mom noticed she was being rude especially since she didnt try keeping any sort of conversation going when my mom was talking to her and she kept texting (we could hear the phone going off and the keys clicking), but she didnt say anything. When we were done the girl, once again, rushed to get everything finished up (which I didnt see any reason to hurry because there were no other clients in the salon) and so we paid and left. It wasnt until much later that my mom noticed that her eyelids were red with chemical burn and that the lashes were crackly and burned. My eyelashes were adequate, with one set of eyelashes ending up too curly and the other how I imagine it was supposed to. With this being my first experience with eyelash perming, I was disappointed for both me and my mother. We wont be coming back (at least not to get our lashes done).

I have been going to Isabel for years and she is incredible! I dont know who Alejandro is but suspect he is the guy who got turned down for a station because he didnt want to pay rent. Isabel is no fool and she has high standards as a stylist, business owner and as a human. I trust her completely. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Worst experience ever ! Unprofessional yes! I dont recommend anyone for anything ! They dont even deserve the one star that I had to, to comment!
