If there were zero stars, that would be NAPAs rating. My husband and I had HORRIBLE experiences here, yes that is plural. We bought a part from this store, and then had it go bad 5 months later and were trying to use the "Lifetime warranty" on the part.Weve had the door slammed in our face twice, as their store hours online are incorrect and they close at 5 p.m. not 6 p.m. We unfortunately showed up at 4:58 to find the doors locked , then were yelled at and told the fact that our car was in pieces so that we could get the bad part out and bring it to the store, didnt matter. Then when the part was taken back a second time, they "tested" it and said it was fine and would NOT honor the warranty...This is now twice that my husband had to put this part (the starter) in and out of the car..Hours and hours worth of work.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and worse, they arent willing to honor the warranty of their products..BEWARE!

We use Napa RPM all the time for our business. The guys are great. I usually work with Brian and sometimes Julio, but it doesnt matter because they take care of us. Very friendly and helpful. If they dont have a part, they find a way to get one to me. Their delivery drivers are fast too. I read some reviews on here and I think that the biggest thing that anyone needs to remember is that these guys arent the diagnosing mechanic. So if you dont give them much information they can only do so much. If I say that my brakes are bad and they help me order new brake pads, it isnt their fault if the real problem was that the rotors were warped and need to be turned or replaced.

I always have good luck finding difficult parts here. After going to 5 other places looking for a bearing for my furnace, the guys at NAPA were so helpful. They looked through their whole inventory, and found bearings, but not in the dimensions I needed. (for context the other auto parts stores wouldnt even look). Anyways, after they couldnt get the size, they referred me to a specialty shop down the street. I remember one employee was extra helpful, I think his name was something like Ruben, but I dont remember exactly

They over charged me from the marked price by 5 or so. Not something I argued to clarify with them. Make sure to check the prices they charge vs the prices listed! The guys were very nice, gearheads enough. The store was clean but everything looked a bit old. The place is tiny.

The only place that will sell spark plug boots separately for my 2014 Cruze, which saved me from having to buy a whole new $100 coil pack. They were out of stock so they had them shipped down from salt lake within a couple hours. Im very impressed with their service.
