Woke up to a flat tire on the morning we were heading home from Fountain Hills AZ. At 8:00 AM we headed to Discount Tire because that is where we bought the tires - but in MN. John (the Manager) said that they needed to replace the tire, but they didnt have the correct tire there. He got on the phone and checked a few distributors and found one in Phoenix that said they would deliver by noon. They didnt. When John called them back a few hours later to check on the delivery, the distributor said they didnt know who told him that. They had no intention of delivering the tire. John found a way to get the tire to his store even though it cost him extra "delivery" costs by using a different service to pick up & deliver. Although it took longer than expected, the 7 hr delay was not Johns fault. We were very pleased with his commitment to getting us on our way and because there was no charge to replace the tire. Discount Tire stands behind their tires and treats you like family. Thank you very much John

My husband and I just returned from Discount Tires in Fountain Hills. This was an unfortunate experience for us. We needed our FREE TIRE ROTATION and were denied due to minor wear from an alignment problem. Instead of offering the rotation and a front end alignment, we were hit with a high pressure sales pitch to buy 2 new tires. I have worked in this industry for a number of years in my home state and could realize when I am being lied to. During our time at this store, we witnessed the same procedure with everyone that needed service from a rotation to a minor puncture repair. Everyone needed new tires. I understand that is where the money is made, however the purchase price includes CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are disappointed with this operation, and will look elsewhere to buy tires. Looks like the people fired from Wells Fargo have found new employment. Sorry we cant give it a minus 5 stars.

Horrible service employees dont want to help you. As someone who has always gone to discount and absolutely love this company do not come to this location, would not let me leave without buying a "pro rated tire", that did not match on my BRAND NEW car nor was it the same quality of tire I had before. I told them no and they offered me a free cheap economic tire for my awd performance car that CAN NOT have different size or worn tires on it. They would not let me leave so they put it back on my rim, aired up my tire and wouldnt do anything else, forcing me to PUT MY OWN TIRE ON WITH MY OWN TOOLS, UNBLANCED, and UNTORQUED. So much for safety, customer satisfaction, and service. I still have a leaking tire. Do not go to fountain hills discount. Scottsdale is worth the drive.

I am a home health nurse and my tire blew out on the way to see a patient one Sunday evnening. One of your employees was a life saver when he stopped by on the 51, jacked up my car and changed my tire within 5 minutes. That would have taken me hours to figure out otherwise. He was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and did not even ask for anything in return. I was on my way again to see my patient before I could even ask for his name. He even went out of his way to check my other tires to make sure that they were safe for driving. I just wanted to say thank you for all his help. He was a great example of the amazing service that you recieve here and I will definitely be stopping by to get my other tires replaced.

Josh the Sales person needs up training regarding the rebate program, information given was not accurate. Was told that I could do everything online.. Wish I had been told it was a debit card. Cant do it online requires customer service, Wait time of 3 days to ensure the dollars were used, its a debit card......! Now C/S indicates they cant close the card, Im told it can be suspended until the expiry date. Discount Tire should have a better process crap to offer its customers.

Matt Mason with the Discount Tire in Fountain Hills is Excellent! Knowledgeable, helpful and went out of his way to find a permanent tire solution for my 1 year old car. The Car manufacturer would not resolve the tire issue after only 13k miles, but Matt at Discount stepped in and saved the day. I would highly recommend asking for Matt when you have the need for New tires. He is a valuable asset to Discount Tire! Thanks again, greatly appreciate it.

I have never bought a tire from anyone other than DIscount Tire, going back to 1973. Even bought them from Discount when we lived in Europe and had free shipping (was in transportation then). John Korsog is the manager here and he grew up in the original Michigan Discount Tire locations in Michigan where I started buying from them. He runs a friendly, efficient shop. You cant go wrong buying from Discount Tire Fountain Hills!

I came in with a flat , 1/2 hour before they closed. I was waiting a few minutes and then was greeted by Teddy. The man was awesome! Really professional and courteous. It was a pleasure coming in.They were about to close and he was like no problem, I will take care of you. I buy all my tires from Discount Tire, and its guys like Teddy that are the reason why!

Slow customer service; disorganized no one wanted to greet me for an air check. When I complained I get mouthed off to. 2:45 on a Thursday is not peak hours so there is no excuse for the attitude or delay. Just moved to the area I will avoid this place and make sure my girl friend does because if they mouth off to me I can only imagine how they treat women.

I called today about putting Air in my Nitrogen Tires, the gentlemen was so helpful. When I arrived, I got right in & the service was free. We had previously bought new tires there on vehicles that we have since traded in....superior service from them as well back then. Definitely recommend the Fountain Hills Discount Tire Store.

Wouldnt have done it without these guys. Excellent service, these guys here are worth going out of your way to do business with. Wont mention what they did for me, but I can say it was very generous! I never experienced that kind of generosity anywhere else in the Valley! Cant say Thank you enough!!!!!
