Inconvenient. My husband stopped at the Autozone on Apache Trail to get breaks for his truck. They gave home the wrong breaks and when he took them back to exchange them for the correct ones they refused to do it because he had purchased them with a card and the new ones were going to be $3 cheaper. How stupid, why would you refund the whole amount on the card. He then had to drive all the way back home to get the card. Poor customer service with start buying our auto needs at Napa

This place used to be okay, but it has gone steadily down hill the past year or so. There are only a couple of guys that know anything and more that dont. Service when busy is slower than Moses. If you just need a quart of oil or anything else off the shelf, you still have to stand in line while the know nothings take 20 minutes to try and help others. Im done with them.

Went in to get headlights, and the store manager was very rude. He looked up what we needed and then when I asked of they can install them, with a crappy attitude said, "it depends on if we have to take anything apart?! My guys dont have time for that!!"

Manager refused my service and told all the other employees not to deal with me, and they told me if I wanted service to go to another autozone. I am constantly buying parts and found a 54.95 dollar part for $25 on ebay! Awesome!

Very helpful staff! As a woman shopping in an auto parts store I expect some strange looks or to be treated as though I dont know what I am doing, but they are never that way. They are helpful and respectful.

The couple in front of me took 20 minutes of the clerks time (no problem). Then it is my turn and the clerk says let me get this line down a bit because your problem will take me about 20 minutes to fix.

Good service, it is always a little busy here so there is a bit of a line. There is not shade is the parking lot so if you need to change something out immediately be sure its not a crazy hot day.
