DONT GO TO THIS AUTOZONE!!!!!!!!!! I can only post this review if I rate a minimum of one star, but they truly deserve none if not negative stars. My fiancé went into this Autozone the other morning and was extremely disappointed with the customer service and how unprofessional the management was. He requested for the person behind the counter to measure the belt he was needing to replace, because he needed a belt different from the standard one used in his truck. Rather then the employee (whom is actually a manager) do what was asked of him, he refused. On top of that he insulted my fiancé by telling another manager in the store at the time that my fiancé was ignorant and didnt even know what size belt he needed right in front of him. My fiancé is a master mechanic and knew what size his trucks standard belt size was but was doing something different with his pulley system, but thats beside the point. DONT GO TO THIS AUTOZONE! My fiancé left and went to ORileys across the street. ORileys assisted him without question and delivered outstanding customer services.

I will always choose this location due to the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, o Reilly across the street is even on the same page.. I had just made the conversation just recently after I had received outstanding service from a young man named Matthew. I had an issue with my check engine light that we have been working on trying to figure out for a couple weeks now I ask when he will be in and always find time to wait for his service although it seems like he is there everyday Ive noticed. He has taught me much more than Id ever dreamed of and I am very grateful that autozone hired such an amazing staff member and now my issue is finally resolved! Its been over a year since I had this light on and 10 months of service from o reilly and hundreds of dollars later got me nowhere I will never go back. AutoZone you have my business for life Thank you Matthew I am very grateful for your help Thank you so much

When i walked in theres was a few people ahead of me so of course i waited my turn. then i was asked how can i help you from a old guy probably in his 60s he seemed unhappy to be working there so i told him i just need my engine light checked so he real quickly grabbed the computer and walked really fast out the door and said where you parked so i pointed to my truck and he said i need you to pull it over here which my vehicle was very close he just wanted it closer to the door so i said ok and moved it well he went inside and i walked back in and had to wait in line all over again i was so pissed that he did that so hes a jackass..but the younger guy workin there was nice and helpful

I went in and there were about 3 people all being helped...One employee asked if I needed help....Said yup...I have a check engine light on.... They said it would be a long wait....I said you have 3 customers and 4 employees....The manager turned and said it is a free service and I should be lucky in other words....I said cool....A lady walks in...Says...I need my check engine light checked....THE MANAGER grabs the tester and says...ILL HELP YOU..... Right on... I went to OReillys and bam it was 10 times better!!!

This is the SLOWEST AutoZone in the nation. Only 2 Employees working the entire store at one time. Dont go in if youre in a hurry, you will be waiting at least 10 minutes. They attempt to be helpful, but always double check the product you purchase, because there is a good chance its the wrong one. Not very knowledgeable & again, very slow to help. It would be a much better store if they got some more help in there. Help that has some auto knowledge at least.

Absolutely the worst Autozone Ive ever been to! Im a mechanic by trade and have been to numerous Autozones across the country!!!! This is by far the worst Ive been to! Horrible service the clerks try to argue with you and then even the sales manager wears his sunglasses while working and will walk out and smoke while theres a line of customers! (Some would call that leading by example!!!!) NOT

Even though there was a long line and only one employee at the register, he maintained a kind and professional demeanor. I have seen this before where there is only one worker for that shift making it very hard to accommodate large numbers of customers. I take issue with the company, not the employees.

Having electrical issues with my car. Gave me some good advice and said battery was ok...100$ and 2 days later the issue was not resolved and I took my car in to the queen creek location and immediately said my battery was bad. Swapped out battery and everything is good now.

These guys never answer the phone and if you try to call more than once they will pick the phone up and hang up. 0/10 for service. Avoid this business and drive a few miles up the road to support a business that wants to take care of their customers.

Can almost always get what you need here, whether you buy it in store, or online and have it delivered to the store. Staff is sometimes unknowledgeable about certain things, at least when it comes to older vehicles.
