Ive taken 3 different cars here over the past 5 years. I go between Advanced and Jiffy Lube for oil changes, but for tires and other maintenance, I take my cars to Advanced. I have a Mazda with over 165000 miles that I trust these guys with. Most recently, I replaced the struts and shocks. The helped me send in a manufacturers mail-in rebate and also gave me a follow-up call a week later to see how my car was doing. When they were installing the struts, they also let me know that the control arm bushings are starting to show their age, but that they werent an immediate concern. I see Tim or Gary almost every time I go in. They get the car back quickly and I never feel like Im overcharged or paying for unnecessary work. Im glad Ive found a place I trust to take my car to when it needs it!

I was on my way to run errands, and got the dreaded "tire light" showing that my one tire had a pressure of zero.... The closest place to me was Advanced Auto Service and Tire Centers on Sahuaro Dr in Scottsdale. I drove there and left my car for about 30 min. "Luckily", my tire had a screw in it, and could be plugged. When I went in to pay for the service, they said its free.....just remember us when you need any tires or wheels.... Needless to say I was thrilled with the service and the people that worked there. That is service!!!! Yes, I will definitely remember you when I have any type of tire issues, and I will spread the word!!!! Thank You so much for taking care of me. Kat

I simply needed a 90K mile check up on my Toyota, and I called Good year Auto since it is close to my house. I received an honest quote on the phone. The price was reasonable and cheaper than what I saw advertised for the Toyota dealership. My car was thoroughly inspected and my brakes were replaced. I also received a follow up call making sure that everything was running fine. I received fair and honest car tune-up with excellent customer service. I couldnt ask for anything more from an auto repair shop.

A GREAT PLACE! I’ve been taking my family’s cars to Advanced Auto for over 10 years for both tires and service. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the same team of honest and friendly professionals. I feel like my business is actually valued here and they always make the time to walk me through all the repair options available. I’ll keep taking my cars here because I know I can trust their work and the great value compared to other shops in the area.

I stop by today because I was having cold engine starting difficultiies, and they gave me immediate attention..checked my computer codes..which revealed no issues..so they recommended the least work .changing my inline gas filter..and that I see if that clears up the problem. They used the part I supplied and completed the work in 15 minute..Thanks guys..your attention was very much appreciated.

Im a single girl, who knows very little about cars. Tom the manager did a great job explaining the situation at hand that needed to be fixed. He worked with me to keep the costs down which put my mind at ease. Gary the service manager was kind and really listened to my concerns also. Great auto service here, theyve been honest and offer fair pricing! They offer plenty of service coupons and some services as a courtesy, where plenty of other places charge such as tire rotations. There is a waiting area inside with coffee, cable TV and theres seating outside as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

These guys consistently rip people off. The girl in front of me in line got overcharged and then they doubled their labor costs for me on the phone when I approved a repair. Never going back and advise anyone else not to go there

Ok customer service, some managers are better than others. Quoted 2 hours for walk in oil change and its taken 3.5+ hours. Quote better times. Prices are fair.
