This is one of the closest locations to me now and Ive always shopped at Autozone for my auto parts. When I purchased a European car, (Volvo) it disappointed me a little because Volvo makes their parts Dealer Part Only, which means I can only get them from the dealer or I can order online. Besides this, which isnt their fault, I always have a great experience at this location. The workers are helpful and have talked with me about cars several times on my visits. Theyve came out and helped me install parts on my cars in the parking lot several times too. Always positive experiences. I have no complaints at all.

Brought my car over the other day to see about getting some brakes and rotors for my car. I ended up leaving with not only the brakes and rotors, I also left with that car wash bucket deal. Great deal by the way. Great service. Everyone was attentive and when it ended up getting busier they acknowledged everyone that walked in and told them it would be a moment. I really appreciate the service and the gentleman helping me explained the different pads and what my best option was with how much driving I do. Thank you guys. I will definitely be back and will send people over for parts. Great experience in my book.

These guys are rock stars. They managed their way through a computer system failure on a weekend, corporate made them open and sent them parts but IT would not be out until Monday because no one guys car parts on Saturday...that is crazy talk. I actually saw the manager give change out of his wallet because the computer would not do what it was supposed to for an exchange of different value. AutoZone does not deserve this level of conscientiousness out of their staff based on what I saw but the have it here

I walked into this autozone and was skipped over twice. Then the phone rang after I was being helped and the phone was more important than me. Then the older balding gentleman helped another customer instead of coming back to help me. Theres lots of places that I can go for my auto parts and this is one of them from now on. Customer service in an auto parts store is everything. You all sell the same thing if youre not concerned about me I will go to OReillys.

Watch it if you are going in for a battery. They are rip offs. I took my car in to have the battery checked to see if it is still good or not. They checked it and said I need a new battery, but kept me from seeing the screen on the battery tester. I took my car to two other places and received a "battery in good shape" report from both of them. I guess the though I looked naive. Honesty is key to business.

Lend a tool my ass... would have put zero stars but there is no option for that. This is the SECOND time this location could NOT help install the new part I purchased. I go to this location just for that service because I usually have a busy schedule and cant just run back home to do it. And to not even give me the tool to do it myself. Yes I am I woman but I too know how to work on my car.

Waited in line here for 20 minutes one customer took 15 minutes in front me. I asked to get my check engine code looked at which takes as long as looking up a part and he told me he has to help everyone else behind me first. Even thougheveryone behind me had just walked in. Horrible customer service. I would rather drive fifteen minutes to the nearest o reillys and use them from here on.

Needed a new battery for our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Needed immediate service while I had crying kids in the van. Eddie was extremely helpful and installed battery quickly. Always great service at Auto Zone... Although they had the exact same price, I recommend avoiding ORiellys as they were unwilling to assist with installing new battery. Thank you Eddie!

Worst experience ever. I needed to return an item I had purchased at another Autozone and Anita would not accept it and told me I had to return to the store where it was purchased, I assumed this company was national and I could return it at any Autozone, but I guess she has her own rules. From now on I shall purchase my car parts somewhere else.

The place is descent, the other comments are right, NAPA is cheaper, but if you need a quick part, autozone usually has it. The staff is friendly and can help you find what your looking for. Just wish the prices were more competitive in the area since this is right next to my house.

Every time I go there, theyve helped me with my car and all its strange issues. A mechanic is Utah salvaged my genuine parts for their junk parts to the tune of $8k in repairs and Im still finding issues. These guys, are what each store needs.

Always give great advice and were able to troubleshoot my issue almost immediately. It is not the closest autozone to me but this location has continously given me results and I will continue to go here despite the drive.

Horrible staff they cant even figure out how to put info in the computer correctly causing issue on returning a faulty part. They need to get some people into this store that can do the damn job. Worthless.
