What is there to say about Krispy Kreme. They are seriously like the best donuts around. Unless your not too into the whole melt in your mouth experience. I wont hold it against you at all. The biggest down size is that they are located so far away. I drive down from South Jordan to get myself a box of this amazing goodness. And because of the distance I cant get my donut fix as often as I would like... well maybe thats actually a good thing cause I would be tempted to get a donut every day :D With regards to service, come on ppl, this is a donut place not a 4 star restaurant. Plus I have never had to wait in line. Everytime I go their is no line and I just order and go. Piece of cake. Tip: Free donut when their sign light is on!!! Means donuts are coming out of the oven!

We drove to this location from Payson Utah, as soon as we drove up they had the drive-thru blocked with a few cones. It was 11:20pm dining room closes at 12am, and the drive thru is supposedly open 24hrs. As we parked one of the employees came out and said they were closed for the next few hours for maintenance. As we were leaving another car drove up beside us and the employees brought donuts out to them. I called the store and tried to get an explanation, the employee said it was his family and thats why they gave them the donuts. So family has the privilege to get donuts but customers are denied service? Just want to add that as I was trying to get an explanation the employee hung up on me is this customer service?

I have never figured out why people rave about these small over-priced doughnuts. I only give them two stars because one star is the minimum, and they are barely better than the minimum. While the "Hot Fresh" doughnuts are good, I would suggest going to your grocery store and buying a dozen bigger doughnuts for less money and then throw them in the microwave. Every doughnut in the store is glazed. If I want a chocolate iced doughnut, I do not want it on top of the glaze, I want it instead of the glaze. Thats just too much sugar. I would rather just get a spoon and eat sugar out of the jar, and it would be cheaper.

Very frustrated with our experience that just happened 10 min ago. Finally convinced my wifey to get Krispy Kreme and we order our favorite sour kreme glazed and they were all out, both chocolate and and regular. We understood its late 945 pm and that we were too late for our favorites. Thats fine. So we try multiple different donuts and the guy and lady were very not friendly and long story short we get home and open up our box and there wasnt one correct donut! Just a bunch of stuffer donuts that we threw away. Yes we could have checked but we shouldnt have too!!!! DONT GO TO KRISPY KREME @ NIGHT, PERIOD.

Youve finally alienated youre biggest fan! I have been a kk addict for years. Used to get friends to bring me a dozen whenever theyd visit. Moved to Orem and am now hating krispy kreme. First time I go in I get a 16 year old punk chatting on his cell phone the whole time hes helping me doughnuts were stale. 2nd time, go in with wife, get ok service but cold crappy coffee, doughnuts were fresh, place was extremely dirty. Today, go in with wife and son, horrible service, doughnuts so stale my 7yr old wouldnt eat it, cant find a clean table.........Im done, I will never step foot in another kk.

When these free donut days are going on, not only does it take me an additional 10 minutes to get to work, but I cant park because all your customers are taking up the parking spots at Elite Safe Home, which is private parking and for employees of Elite Safe Home only. Not Krispy Kreme customers. Something needs to be done about this because the employees here are not able to get into work, and are not able to park. If this were my company and your customers were parking in my parking lot, I would have them towed. This isnt fair to the employees that work here.

I dont go here often, but i will say that before today service has been great. This morning however it was not. Apparently they now charge 20 cents more for maple doughnuts, which didnt happen before. But whatever things change, what really bothered me about this visit was first, i was shorted three dollars. And then when i get to my work i realize they gave me none of the doughnuts i asked for (and that they charged me for). I would have gone back, but i had bought them for my work and had only a few minutes before i had to clock in.

3 years ago , I would have given Krispy Kreme 10 stars if I could. Not anymore. The Orem Store is so busy making donuts for every gas station, or stores, the quality has really suffered. It used to really be a treat to look forward to. Not anymore. I am sure the donuts are about 1/2 the size they were when they first came. They are now, petite donuts, at full size donut prices. When you open the lid, you see more of the bottom of the box, then donuts. It sounds harsh, but someone needs to call them on it.

Nice fluffy doughnuts. They have yeast and cake type (but not old fashioned - my favorite). The doughnut holes are decadent. Little bites of air and sugar. Until this trip I only had tested their traditional, nothing special. Their filled ones are really good. A nice variety of doughnuts. I enjoyed the filled cake batter doughnut. :) It tasted like it was supposed to! Husband loved the filled raspberry. I would go again. But Im not psycho over it like some people. Dunkin is still my favorite.

The absolute WORST doughnuts I have ever eaten! I have been here about 5 times since they opened and every time they have been thrown in the trash because they are Horrible! They are always stale and nasty! The only ones worth trying are the glazed because they make them fresh throughout the day, but even those are not very good. The no name brand doughnuts you get at gas stations are better than these. I honestly do not know how this place stays in business.

I for one have had a VERY positive experience at this store. I went in on pure munchies (just wanted to eat something) and the cashier was funny, and happy to show me the conveyor belt, grabbed me a fresh sample off it, and was more than thrilled to explain what they have (id only seen DD and hated them). Their fresh donuts are fantastic! I bought a second one with the sample and no other donut has been so satisfying to my taste buds.

I am very upset! I drove an hour to get some donuts for my friends and literally right when I arrived the management put up a "closed for one hour" sign at 1pm in the afternoon. I called the store and asked if I could come in and get some donuts before it was "closed" for NO REASON! I am very frustrated and upset! Please do not support this behavior. Not professional at all, not centered around customer service at all!
