This Starbucks location is about par for the course as far as the coffee chain goes, and the atmosphere is nice and laid back, so its perfect for the casual brunch or coffee date. Their boulangerie selection is small but adequate for a snack to accompany one of their many varieties of coffee (the banana nut bread is a personal favorite), and they change their coffee selections on a moderate basis. There is not much in store for those that like a nice black cup, unfortunately, and drinks can get rather pricey. But for a quick cup of coffee and great service, this is the location to look for.

I went in to the 830 N.State St. location on Saturday July 8th at 7:15 ish. There were 3 employees in the store,no other customers,no one in the drive thru. Two of the employees looked at me,and went about doing whatever they were doing. After waiting for about 30 seconds,cup in hand,to be at least acknowledged, I left the store, never to return. I guess Ill have to drive to the University Mall location from now on. Worst customer service EVER.

This is an excellent, new Starbucks. Im super excited that there are now two Starbucks in Orem. The design is nice and modern. Its the most recent of Starbucks designs, and its a good size, not too big and not too small. Starbucks coffee is still pretty terrible, if you drink it black. But if you mix it with cream and sugar its pretty good.

Great meat pies, delicious pastries. I have never liked macaroons. Theyve always been to sweet (candy-like) for me. But the macaroons here seem more tolerable, like a certain homemade factor that makes the sweet less harsh. Service here is second to none. Some of the most sincere service Ive ever had at any place of business.

Recently built. Great location. Moderately busy no matter the time of day; dinks take a few minutes to receive. But thats expected, nothing theyre doing wrong. Overall tho, its a coffee shop. With people coming and going. If you want to people watch, this is a perfect place.

I love this location!! The batista are always friendly in the early mornings when I go and the coffee is always perfect! It may be due to this location having newer machines, but the coffee is always hotter and is less sweet and sugary than the University location. I LOVE it!

They are okay. They get very irritated if you do not know exactly what you are trying to order and are not the most helpful. The last order my wife and I made here resulted in a cup of sugared vanilla milk with whipped cream on top with no coffee.

This location is great for any student or worker to relax and get some work done. The staff is great, and the wait time for drinks is minimal. The coffee is pretty good, really as good as Starbucks coffee can be. The food is top notch, though.

Though the the staff was very polite, it took longer than it should (I was at the drive through) and in the end, they gave me the wrong order. I hope someone, somewhere was enjoying my latte, while I got stuck with a hot chocolate.

This is the only coffee shop that has ever told me I cannot smoke on the patio. I get that its technically the rules, but its the main reason I come to coffee shops. There wasnt even anyone outside who might be bothered by it.

Probably the slowest coffee place in the world. The staff doesnt know how to make anything. They had like 12 people working and I still waited 20 minutes for a drip coffee. Never coming to this location again.

Make sure you know what you are ordering when you get to the counter. Otherwise, they get irritated, especially the blond skinny barista. Other than that it is a pretty cool place to chill and drink coffee.

Great location. My only complaint is that the seats arent very cozy and it gets cold in the winter. Baristas have always been really helpful and the place is always pretty clean. Id recommend this location.
