This B&B has some of the best service. The people that work here have no problem with answering questions about the different types of drinks and food. Ive been to the other big coffee company and when my child was asking questions I was very upset with the way she spoken to. The servers here were warm and friendly and helpful to my daughter and took the 2 minutes to explain. They are busy in the morning and I have found its normally faster to go in because everyone else is going in the drive through.

Worst customer service ive ever had at a beans & brews. The lady charged us for a extra drink when i used my $5 reward. I asked for my money back for the 2nd since i didnt order it and she refused to give us a refund and proceeded to blame us for the mistake & wasnt even willing to work it out i would have taken the extra drink if she wasnt able to refund us but she wouldnt even listen and proceeded to be rude. I will never return to this beans & brews they basically stole $5 from me!!

As much as I hate to admit it, starbucks serves a better cup of coffee than this place. Im sure not every beans & brew is like this one, but my coffee was quite weak. Tasted like they brewed it with half the grinds necessary. Also disappointed they had no heavy cream. As much as I am anti-Starbucks, they are the only coffee shop Ive been to in Utah that has heavy cream on hand.

This specific location has messed up my order a few times bringing down the delicious Beans & Brews name unfortunately for me. On one occasion my drink even tasted so watered down, I was on my way to a store near their other Draper location and they swapped it out for me! I probably just wont go to this location anymore.

Ive been visiting this B&B for three years now and Ive never had a poor experience. Im alway greeted with fun and friendly staff members. Oh, and the iced coffee is to die for. If you want your day started off right, stop in at this B&B and have the staff whip you up an iced coffee.

Friendly staff, fast service, tasty drinks. Not sure what else I could ask of a coffee shop. Ive been patron of this location several times because of the proximity to my work, and I have never been disappointed with the service, or the quality.

They are quick and friendly but the last few times my coffee just tasted like dirty water. Every time I order something new (iced mocha latte, mochachinno, etc) they just give me an iced mocha with different amounts of shots.

I get an iced tan mocha and it is soooo good! A little overpriced but that doesnt stop me from coming here on the regular.
