I recently relocated to Scottsdale and had to find my "Starbucks home base" so to speak, and this location is always my go-to. Overall the staff members are friendly and personable, and in particular Sean, Jane, and John go out of their way to be kind and provide excellent customer service. The inside is a little bit cramped, but if nothing else it encourages those sitting indoors to be sociable and talk to one another- I know, crazy concept. ;) Would highly recommend stopping by!

The barista (blonde lady that works in the mornings) does not make drinks how I order them.. its not hard to make a cold brew with extra vanilla sweet cream... every time I get my drink, there is never satisfaction and I am always having to ask them to put more sweetener or cream in... we pay good money for a drink and it should be what I order, not up to your standard.. we will take our business across the street to AJs if it continues

I do not think a 3.4 is reflective of this location. The people work very hard here and are always swamped in the morning. Their attitude is to the 10s while doing it. I spend a lot of time in Starbucks being a Territory Manager. Im always jumping in and out of a Starbucks to get on the net. By far the best employees and the most talented work at this location!

Out of the several Starbucks I’ve tried north of the loop in Scottsdale, this is the only one worth going to. The others are just run of the mill. While this location is also pretty much standard, it also features the Clover brewing system. Sadly, their bathroom doesn’t have a urinal. Long-short: this is the fancy Starbucks. If you have the choice, come to this one.

Erin us rude and needs to be fired. Been going here for years and she has a serious attitude issue even though Ive been nice to her. She never gives me my 10 cent discount for bringing my cup. Like I need her attitude for spending money there. Regional manager needs to get to work on staff and training.

Very quick service but not very friendly. I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino which I have ordered at many Starbucks around the world. I took one sip and had to throw it away because it made me sick. Not sure how its made here but definitely not a caramel frappuccino. We wont be going back.

Great and convenient location for starbucks, lots of options on the strip of mill, but if any place does well here its this Starbucks. Sometimes homeless people are hanging around so be ready for that, but it isnt to bad! Anyway Starbucks and love this Mill Starbucks!

Great staff, great product. However Starbucks should not mix business with politics. Their stance of offering and commiting to employ immigrants over US soldiers is reason enough for me to stop getting coffee and breakfast at Starbucks. Any Starbucks.

Ive gone into this Starbucks maybe only 4 times, and they have been consistently not that friendly. They dont smile, they barely look at you and they appear rushed even when theres no one in line but you. Not cool. Glad its not my regular place.

Most of the employees at this location greet you with a smile and are polite. They have consistently gotten my order correct. Location is a bit cramped inside but does have ample outside seating. Store always looks clean and organized.

The place was nice and the two gentlemen were very nice and respectful to me and my son. The only reason Im giving it a one star is because of one lady taking my order, she was very disrespectful to me, and made me feel less of a person.

This is the best starbucks in town. I come here almost every morning by choice because of their excellent customer service. They do a fantastic job at making you feel like a valued regular customer. Good job guys keep up the great work!

Nice comfy seating area outside. Not a lot of seats inside. Staff is friendly and maybe a little slow to make your drink but thats expected and slow times. Its never been very busy when Ive been but I dont visit at rush times.
