Robin - It sounds like what youre getting is actually a cappuccino, not a latte. Cappuccinos are supposed to be about half foam, thats the nature of the drink...make sure when you order youre ordering a latte, and if they add too much foam (lattes should have a thin layer of foam - about 1" at most) then have them remake it. B&B is adamant about having the employees remake the drinks if youre dissatisfied. Before you say it, yes....I am an employee (though not at the South Jordan store)...and I run into the same complaint you have on almost a daily basis. People order cappuccinos when what they really want are lattes. I blame it on places like 7-11 who sell what they call "cappuccino" but its really just a latte. It confuses people. Im sure youll find if you communicate what you want better to your barista, theyll make sure you leave happy.

Consistently impressed with the entire staff at this location. Tonight I showed up to grab a coffee at 8:00 pm ( the locations closing time ). Carson and Brooklyn were willing to open their locked door, and still make me a coffee even though Im sure they were ready to go! They were friendly, and thanked ME for coming in. I give this location and these employees an easy 5 stars!

They are always super nice a friendly but today they were even better! I was taking my nervous rescue puppy for a ride. When the lady at the drive through window saw that I had a dog she immediately offered a doggy treat for my puppy. Super amazing! Never had starbucks offer treats before. One more reason why I always do beans and brew and support my local companies!

Had a rather annoying experience this morning and I cant say I was too pleased with the customer service. Cant say Ill go back to this location any time soon or at all. The only pleasant person that I got to work with was Telaysha who no longer works here.

These gals are the best! I go on coffee runs every once in a while...I dont even drink the stuff and I love it here! Fast, friendly, and from what I hear, EXCELLENT baristas!

Great drinks and food. The workers here are always so friendly and get mistakes fixed quickly on the rare occasion when they make them.
