This starbucks is LOWSY! I recently bought a home near this starbucks and I have looked forward to getting coffee there. But I called two days in a row to order a to go order while in my way to work, and they denied me. Both people who work there said theyre not busy so I can just come in and they will make it to order! I told them I just want to come and pay and go, not wait 3 mins for a starbucks... I even spoke to manager and his concern wasnt my customer satisfaction but about beverage quality. It takes 3 minutes to make what I order, I was 4 minutes away and the beverage quality would mess up in 1 minute? They suck as far as customer satisfaction and they wont let you place a to go order. Not just a loss of $10.00 for two days, but a loss of a customer who enjoys starbucks on a regular basis.

Normally this place is great, and being that we love Starbucks and live across the street, we definitely frequent it a lot. Sadly, the last few times we have gone in, this location has had up to 8 people behind the counter and only one person doing anything. Regardless of being seasoned workers or trainees there is no excuse to have customers waiting and watching while so many people do nothing at all. Of course Starbucks is not effected if one customer leaves based on this but I thought someone, anyone should know. Your business was lost to QT across the street because the service tonight was poor. Hopefully things will look up in the future.

Management (Sam) is the worst person you can deal with! The most unprofessional and rudest so called manager I have ever spoke to! Cant believe Starbucks would even have a person with such unprofessional etiquette working there!! She doesnt even know how to answer the phone! She might as well be at home at her trailer park! Trailer trash! Please hire someone with professional management skills!!! What a joke Starbucks has become!! Hiring trash like that!!!

Ordered a Gr quad shot latte 3 splenda. They gave me a Venti, I had a very long drive I did not want that much liquid. I told them what I ordered and that I would like a new one. They closed the window poured what was in the Venti cup into a Grande cup and served it to me. As a result I paid more for less and not too thrilled about it but this location is too far to go back otherwise I would have. This review shall suffice.

Has anyone experienced the leaking lids from Starbucks? They charge several bucks and cant figure a way to make a lid from dripping on you! Today, the friendly girl hands me a coffee with a "Dixie Cup" lid and says be careful grabbing it from the top. Are you serious! Note to the Starbuck manager; get store in order. The "Dixie Cup" lids are not acceptable and leak like a sieve. Note to Starbucks; Fix your lids!

Although they manage to get our order right every time, they are the slowest coffee shop weve been to. Im currently writing this review in their drive thru while I wait for 3 vehicles ahead of me. Ive been here for 15 minutes. Unless one of the cars ordered ALL THE COFFEE THAT EVER WAS, it shouldnt take this long. That and they ignore my dogs requests for pup-o-cinos every time.

I love getting coffee here but the place is too small and the outdoor tables dont have enough shade. I also like that its close to a goodwill. But i did not like the girl who took my order, she seemed unhappy and very pissed off. I also did not like that the bathroom wasnt very clean. I give this place 3 ☆s because they get my order right every time. ^_^

I had a good experience. The Chile mocha Frappuccino is really good, no heat though which I thought the.chile was for but I guess not. I got the psl pass but the cashier said it was just an announcement that they were having this fall. Oh well when I feel like it I guess Ill just buy it. Lol. Peace!

The coffee is good but twice now weve gotten our coffees through the drive thru and after were on the road realized they only filled the cup maybe 2/3rd full. I understand not filling it to the brim but this was way too low. I suggest checking your coffee before driving away.

Walked in and the girl game me the total $8.01. I asked if she had 1 cent and with An attitude said " do I have one cent. ...no I dont". And proceeds to good me 99 cents. It was going to her anyways but with the attitude I gave her squat. Will never come back.

Be prepared to wait 15+ minutes in the drive thru, for them to be "out" or something, & for your order to be incorrect. Customer service is terrible. Its the only SB in the area, otherwise - Id never come to this location again.

I go to this Starbucks because its convenient to my commute, but the drive line can be long and slow. The inside of the store is very small and cramped. But the employees are always friendly and the service is good.

Very friendly staff that remembers frequent customers orders. The guys and girls here are so polite, and they really work hard to get your order just right! The drive through is fast, and the inside is so cozy!

Unicorn latte! Perfectly sweet and sour! My older daughter and I love it, but my two younger kiddies felt it was a bit too sour. Anyhow, magical looking drink at an awesome location.

I waited 15 min inside for a unsweetened,black ice coffee..15 min!!! When I saw they finally got to my cup, they poured coffee and added ice..that is all..15 min are you serious!!

Usually crowded until about 9am, but thats normal... good drunks most of the time, once my coffee was ice cold, but that was just once in 6 minths.

The drive thru barista was friendly. Coffee too hot to drink and then when able to drink realized it was wrong order. Too far to go back and fix.
