I come here frequently .. about 5-6 times a week. And I use my app to get points . Today I came but my phone was dead so they gave me a receipt to scan and after I scanned I realized it was not my receipt.kind of disappointing because I payed 20$ and the receipt was only for 10 . . . Didnt think to check because the one that I signed was correct. But the one they gave me was not....

HORRIBLE experience literally just left because of how long my mother& I waited without any sort of greeting or eye contact. Both employees were doing drive threw and didnt even care to ask for our order! The inside of the lobby was empty so Im confused towards why nobody said a single word?

I love this local chain but this particular stores employees talked to me with a condensending tone when I asked a simple question about the menu. I dont recommend this location, I do rather recommend going to another Beans & Brews.

I love beans and brews, but this particular store is my favorite one. All the employees make the yummiest drinks, but Sam is my favorite. If he is working I go inside to order just because he knows I love how he makes my drink.

I go here hoping to get my favorite coffee, cream brulee but they never have it. The flavor gets old quick, so for a quick coffee and cheaper than there competitor, I go here!

Great coffee but staff at all locations need work on customer service bountiful to west Jordan, stop for coffee but be prepared to wait needlessly.
