I havent had a good experience at this Starbucks. When I first when there they took my order but then I had to wait for about half a hour to get what I order. The second time that I went, It was when the store closed at 10:30 pm and I went there about at 10:00 pm to take a Frappe for my family but when they saw us coming through the drive thru they didnt even answered. I drived by the drive thru window and saw that the 16-18 year old kids had turned off the lights and running somewhere so we couldnt see them!! The Third time I went, I went to the store like at the same time at 10 pm when it closed at 10:30 pm and this time I didnt went to the drive thru. This time I wanted to pick them up inside the store but it was close and there was just a guy mopping there. You guys should update and put the exact time that the store will store or just make them close the store when it the time you guys put in the Store hours. Because when I mostly go they close it 30 minutes before the time that it actually says.

Just went to get coffee, only to pull up to the drive through to be denied payment of a hundred dollar bill. The cashier, Luis, was extremely unapologetic in the fact he could not except our form of payment. He wouldnt even check for change, he was just being lazy. I understand that some cashiers dont have change at times, but to not even check and then offer no apology or solution, was a serious flaw in their customer service. Our total was 20 dollars, so basically they were refusing service. Youre telling me at 5 of clock, there was NO change in your teal? They should put a sign saying they WONT accept big bills. This experience sickened me.

I am a coffee freak. I love Starbucks, always have. However, this location sucks. Im not sure if its bad management or what but its terrible service each time I go. They put whip cream on the drinks even though I ask them not too and its clearly marked on the label as such, they run out of cake pops everytime I go (hello...its suppose to be a treat for me and my daughter) and the employees all have bad attitudes. Im not big on reviews but I thought Starbucks would like to know they lost a customer because of this single location. Happy to move on to Beans and Brew & Brew Monkey - Highly recommend both.

Nice place, clean attractive lobby, friendly staff and well made drinks. I asked for a dark chocolate mocha not too sweet and the guy hit it spot on first time. They also mix up very good vanilla raspberry chai. Internet speed is great, when the lobby isnt busy you can expect 10-12Mb connections I went there to download Diablo 3 and it took about an hour and 20 minutes to get the 16GB worth of files. Only complaint is the Damn lobby is like 45°F... They must cater to penguins often.

This is my favorite Starbucks. Having been here multiple times (more than I am willing to admit) I have yet to have a single bad experience. The people are nice, the drink is always right and quick, the service is great and the recent remodel (Summer of 15) looks great. I can go sit here are slowly enjoy a beverage while playing on my laptop or I can drive through on the way to work. Thanks 5600 West Starbucks!

Ive coming to this Starbucks for the last three years and its service has been going downhill and gaining speed. The last few times Ive been here theyve been really slow to get my drink. When you walk in they dont even a knowledge you and the chatter between the baristas while you wait at the counter its just annoying. They havent messed up my drink yet, but their customer service needs a lot of improvement.

My favorite drink is the strawberry acai refresher with coconut milk aka "Pink Drink". I go almost everyday at different times, 9 out 10 Xs I go, they are out of either strawberries or out of coconut milk. Thats frustrating! Cmon stock up if their answer is always so many customers order that drink thats why were out..blah blah blah! Just went tonight and of course no strawberries! Im done with this place!

Excellent Service & Amazing Beverages. In my global travels, I have visited numerous Starbucks locations & no Starbucks location delivers the quality of beverages & services as this location. Any person who questions the value of the Starbucks experience should visit. Note: Drive through does get packed so I recommend you enter into the lobby & get familiar with the baristas.

Didnt have a good experience at this Starbucks.. The person who took our order at the register was a little rude.. Im not into the whole Starbucks wording for sizes or roast levels and she didnt seem to like that. Not very good customer service. Also, it took forever to get our coffee (pour over) and it wasnt done very well. Overall a bad experience..

Waited 35 minutes and then the older lady at the drive through was clueless as how to check an order on her screen. After she had 30 minutes to do so. The lobby wasnt very busy. Lady at the window is too talkative. Only went because I thought drive through would be faster. ANY other coffee shop will do. The drink was made correctly and tastes good.

Gotta have my Starbux drink!! I love coming to this Starbux because it adjusts my mood in a warm relaxing, mellow calming, worry-free and very safe comfy zone. I enjoy the greetings and conversations that Ive been experiencing there. Good attitude managers!! So open-minded, kind and friendly. You know how to treat customers., good roles

Holy cow, this was the most annoying starbucks that I have ever been to. The staff is LOUD and constantly talking and trying to over talk each other, so basically yelling!!!!! One of the Baristas kept whistling the same stupid tune, over, over and over!!! I rate this starbucks as the lowest IQ starbucks I have EVER been to.

Been here a couple times. Every order I make is usually incorrect. I enjoy their coffee and they offer a better list of coffees than others, and in both hot and cold! Outside and inside seating is nice also for groups or just to relax on your break. They offer small bites too add to your coffee, tea, or hot chocolate!

My poor rating is not because of the coffee, the coffee is, as always with Starbucks, spot on. My poor rating is because of all the Starbucks Ive had the pleasure of visiting, this one is hands down the SLOWEST location of Ive visited. Seriously, how long can it take for a Pike Place with cream???

Totally love the vibe when I walk-in, very positive, descent,comfy and welcomed. Over all this is a recommended location. I think they need to put out more chairs and tables....or is it just me, bringing customers to businesses.hhmm? Keep up the total Ultimates,guys!

We got some coffee here and they tasted awful. I didnt think about it at the time, but the milk was sitting out on the counter and who knows for how long. Im sure it was bad and that is what gave the coffee a terrible taste, and I am pretty sure I got sick from it.
