Back in January, they were handing out a Valentines Coupon to all the customers. I didnt phased me that much until a week before Valentines when I finally looked at the coupon. Its states "One Free Donut". So I thought it would be sweet to give my wife and two little boys a coupon each. Apparently the manager left the detail on the coupon that one coupon is valid per purchase. It was not even in the fine print on the coupon. I asked kindly where was the fine print detail on that coupon. All I got was a stern response from my server. I just bough a 1/2 dozen donuts and left. I was hoping for a fun day w/ my family celebrating Valentines day.It became sour due to their management and service on that day. They lost a regular customer on that day. On the side note, whenever we were there we always get two dozen for my family and my in-laws. The funniest part is we are not the type that come in get the freshly made donut sampler and just leave. But we appreciated it whenever they give us a free one for my boys.

Ive been to quite a few Krispy Kremes in my time and Im not ashamed to admit it. This location has very friendly staff and, as always their doughnuts are very, very tasty. From time to time, they might be out of your favorite flavor, but there are usually plenty more to choose from to make up for it. At certain times during the day, you can watch the magic happen through the large glass windows, on the frosted conveyor belt of yummy goodness. The dining area has ample tables and a few lounge chairs, hi tops, and couches to chill at. The drive-thru is great when youre on the run. The one thing that always sticks in my mind when I come in here though is that the dining room seems to need a remodel. Its nice, but its not taken care of. The furniture is worn, the paint is chipping in some areas against the seating walls, and the floor needs another coat of paint.

Wife, kids and I went to get a dozen, from the moment we walk in, we saw dirty and broken walls, tables and chairs beat up, restrooms were not kept up clean, the view glass was all dirty (we were the only ones there at that moment), 2 guys were working, it took about 9 minutes for some one to aknowledge Us and start taking our order, while waiting for someone to help us, one of the workers went outside for what it looked to me like a cigarette break, he appeared to be arguing with an old lady in her car, then he came in after a few minutes and I never saw him wash his hands going to the back of the place. After a few minutes, the drive through guy helped us but was not very friendly at all... (Giving only a star just because I wont be able to place a review if I dont check one at least) Totally disappointed.

The location at Eastern is really a awful .They must be without a manager, the place is truely a wreck. I went in tonight about 6pm and there were almost no donuts. The sign was on Saying HOT Donuts - really ...This is the third time in the past couple of months this has happened. So it is not a random comment I am making. The floors were a mess, and the garage over flowing in the lobby. There were so few donuts- two young women were eating the display donuts. This is no lie (I will take a lie detector test) I never see the same faces twice- but i do not go in but maybe once a month( so who knows) Avoid this location-it was once wonderful-today it has taken a fall-to the lowest of lows.

The donuts are amazing, especially when hot, but the rest of the place has really gone downhill. Service has improved quite a bit in the last few months with smiling, polite people taking over from a less-than-enthusiastic batch,but ever since they broke with Caribou Coffee, the quality of the coffee has been awful. Todays cup was surprisingly good, though, so thats positive! The interior really needs a redesign and makeover. There are chips in the paint that have been there for months and much of the floor is bare, no furniture at all. Its kind of sad. I hope they catch a new groove and bounce back. Its a fun place my kids and I go to every month or two for a treat.

This place is exceptional! I dont know about the other raters experiences; however from the moment we walked in we were greeted enthusiastically. I was expecting it to look run down/dirty because of the reviews, but it was very stylish, we even sat down to eat our yummy snacks! The cleanliness was average, nothing disgusting or repulsive....but nothing immaculate or impressive. Just comfortably clean. The young man who serviced us was awesome! His name is Vance and he gave us the best samples, and took very good care of us. He was very personable and friendly and gave us water cups. Great smile. We would return and recommend this location to anyone!

Ordered a dozen mixed. Sat down at store to eat one. Imagine my surprise when the bite was not soft and delicious, but dry and stale. I went to counter and asked salesgirl when these maple fonuts were made. She said"we were very busy and ran out of donuts so we pulled out the donuts from yesterday". Now I didnt drive for 20 minutes to buy day old donuts at a Krispie Kreme shop. Shame on Krispie Kreme for selling old stock and charging regular prices. If I want day old donuts Ill just stop at the grocery store or gas station that sells old Krispie Kremes. You have list me as a customer.

Their coffee and donuts were excellent as was the service. Their sign was NOT on yet they were making donuts, so we had a nice surprise. We visit Krispy Kreme when we are vacationing and this was the dirtiest location we have ever been too. Dirty mops were leaning against the showcase, tables dirty and the floor was so dirty and sticky everyone that came in was sticking to the floor. I honestly dont think they had been washed in a very long time. The bathrooms were so bad we went somewhere else. If you have a choice, another location might be better for cleanliness.

My daughter and I went in today for HOT & READY doughnuts. As we were ready to pay for our order for our dozen glazed doughnuts my debit card didnt work (It was pretty embarrassing). The manager and team was very helpful to our situation and asked us to fill out their comment cards. Thanks to Management and Staff, we ended up leaving with our Dozen glazed Doughnuts and 6 more for FREE! Thank you so much to the TEAM. My daughter and I left there VERY HAPPY and enjoyed our doughnuts. THANK YOU!!! I hope to see our Picture on your guys wall next time we come in :)

Your drive-thru personnel need to chill out a bit...give customers time to make their order selection and dont rush them to take their order just to get to the next customer...perhaps that is the reason the drive-thru is never busy...been here several times but for my kids I wouldnt come back here...drink some coffee, relax, and breathe people!
