I was a barista for three years at a family coffee house/cafe and I cant say enough about Beans & Brews! The staff are kind and professional. I have never once had an order come out incorrectly at any location and if theyre out of something they offer helpful suggestions. Most of all I am impressed with their efficiency. I know the stress level involved with being the sole person taking an order, creating it, and delivering it in a timely manner. In this line of work you are acting as waitress, cashier, chef, busser and janitor. The Beans & Brews staff are masters at this and can give Starbucks a run for their money!

This is by far the worst beans and brews. Totally inconsistent coffee, almost every other day it taste like dirt, not to mention its seems to be run by teenagers that cant balance the work load. I ordered a vanilla latte one time and on my way home for 5 min I tasted it and it was straight trash so I went back to see if I could get a replacement, they told me they couldnt replace it but they could fix it!?! And by fix it I mean squirt a bunch vanilla syrup in it and hand it back!!! So I paid 6 bucks for a now barely warm dirt/super vanilla latte. And this is just one instance.

Most of the coffee products are really good and the sandwiches are awesome. I like the new rewards app. Some of the iced coffees are not as smooth as other places, but other than that, awesome.

Fast and friendly staff. Drive up can be a little difficult for the employees to hear due to the traffic on 90th south but they never guess and get your order right, the first time.

Cappuccino to stay. Not asked "wet or dry", served very wet. Served in a paper cup... stay? Foam... I am entirely underwhelmed...

The coffee is decent and the staff loves giving my dogs treats when we go through the drive-thru. Very considerate of them!
